Very tight and sturdy joints on my DX Batman. Even if the articulation is a much more limited than previous Hot Toys Batman figures, the joints are better, in my opinion.

yupp..very very sturdy ankles on mine as well.unlike others this has never fallen when i left it alone without the stand.

one more question will he stand on his own because my dx joker will not because of his ankle joints

That sucks about the jokers ankles. I would consider getting another TT to replace him.

You could add a tiny spot of glue to the ankle sockets to tighten up the joint there. Or a tiny bit of blu-tack if you don't like the permanence of glue.

ok, my wish for you guys to take more pics of the fig is backfiring on me. my DX bats is currently in GZ china (where i've been staying for the past year, back in NY for chinese new year)...

i know it's just a toy....but damn, your pics is making miss the damn thing.


.....as painful as it is, please keep up the amazing work fellas!

one more thing i want to add...its a shame HT hasn't come up with some kind of removable face technology for the joker. with bats removable faces, he can achieve different kinds of expressions for various kinds of posing. with his pissed off mouth, and if joker had his 'getting beat up by bats, but is still laughing' expression, you can totally recreate the interrogation scene.

well...guess HT better start R&Ding for DX3!
