Dang it. My bank swapped cards on me without notifying me. My payment declined. It only set Bats back from shipping by one day, but even so. The wait for this guy has been bad enough. Not a fan of Chase here in CA.

nice setup - but good lord do i want to jump into that photo and futz!

I dont futz anymore I was trying to make my Hellboy look better one day and his belt buckel snaped and that was the end my futzing I pay to much for this stuff to have it breaking like that...

I dont futz anymore I was trying to make my Hellboy look better one day and his belt buckel snaped and that was the end my futzing I pay to much for this stuff to have it breaking like that...

That sucks about the hellboy belt ..but i still futz my stuff ..very carefully of course ..i say whats the point of spending that much money on a figure when its only going to be left in a pose that you don't like ..it only takes one good futzing and you can leave your figure alone then in a pose that looks good enough and natural enough for you to rarely touch it again.

you're right there - I have to pose my figures pefectly! I will get out of bed and adjust a figures hand by even 1mm if I spot it is out of place!! DX Batman's fat arms are the worst for posing perfectly and his cape.

Luckily for me i have a custom cape waiting for my dx bats ..he was shipped today

Id be lying if i told you i never got out of bed to tweak a figures pose

Sure no more leak but no more angry face too

I got mine today I got three and one had no angry face two regular faces and one open mouth

I am pissed I had the DX-02 leaky abs sold those waited for these no leaky abs but then they do this????

Unfortunately there are no replacements or replacement parts available. I wish we could, as that would be so much easier. We were pre-sold out on this particular figure more than two months before it arrived.

One down side of domestic shipments that come through DC is that there are no replacements or replacement parts allocated in their system for issues such as these.

Now I REALLY don't EVER want to be the guy that says 'contact Hot Toys' to see what they might be able to do, but since we do not deal with them directly (actually, are not allowed to buy from them directly), we have no pull there. I hate pushing people off to try to get something fixed. Just know that it is an option if you want to keep the figure badly enough.

On my end, we do stand behind everything we sell. My only option right now is to take the figure back and give you a full refund on it, no hassles whatsoever. If that's your best option, we're happy to do that for you.

Just let us know which way you want to go, and we'll support it.

How long before we see deterioration of the Batman rubber suits?

I kind of feel guilty getting these figures because I would hate to thing they could start breaking down within a decade. Not really acceptable for a 200 dollar figure.

Maybe 2+ years and above.

My v1 is nearly 2 years old and not a mark, not any dry outs still soft and pliable.

I guess it all depends on your place. Smoke, dust, heat, humidity, condensation, aerosol cans, sun rays, direct sunlight and strong lamps.

I finally heard back from DCBS and it looks like they are shipping the figures in batches first come - first served. Seeing as I got my order in after they had sold out, I might be waiting for a while. No biggie, Ive waited this long another few weeks won't kill me and for the price I'm not going to complain.

They had a good deal on the DX02 pre-orders, and consistently have really good prices on brand new trade paperbacks (both new releases and older stuff). I've ordered a bunch of TPBs from them in the past, and was impressed with the packing of the shipment.

Looks good - but you got the DX02, why not the DX01? A top notch Batman requires a top notch Joker! Especially if you've already spent the large sum required to get an OC Batman already!
