So the other day I realize I made a bit of an @$$ out of myself trying to debate my opinion about this figure. After some thought on this I decided that was being stupid for telling others to see what I see that's wrong with the figure. I like my bats better with the mods I've done, but that's just me. If anyone else agrees with me cool, and if not that's cool too. All that should really matter is that we're all happy with our figures, modded or not, HT, Medicom or Medix. It shouldn't matter if we agree or ever understand each others points of view. We're here to talk about our toys and how cool they are, and how much we loves them. So let's try not to force or our opinions on each other, I know I'll try to anyway. Peace my fellow batmen.

Im sitting here literally looking at my Bats, trying to make myself find flaws in it & I honestly dont see what everyone is seeing.

I just don't know how to respond to this...

The existence of the flaws are NOT a matter of opinion. We could exaust ourselves searching for comparison shots, but the fact is the neck is inhumanly long. The cape is about 5 times the thickness of the real cape (accounting for scale). And the bicep plates are too high. These are all facts.

The only thing to debate is whether those things bug you or not. If they don't and you don't want to modify your figure, that's fine. But some of us prefer the way Bale looked on screen and would like our figure to look more like that.

The costume designers didn't choose a quilt for a cape, because the lighter material looks better. The costume designers spaced the bicep plates midway between the elbow joint and the shoulder pads because that looks more balanced than having them 2/3 covered by the shoulder pads. And the only way to get Bale's neck to look like the DX02 would be for him to wear these his whole life:

Honestly though, I don't think you have anything to apologize for. Neither you or I should try and force people to do a mod they are not comfortable with. But as I have stated above, the problems with the DX are real, and not a mater of opinion.

I'm looking to trade my modded DX02 Bats (DCD batch) for a Medicom Dark Knight Batman figure. I did the monkeyrobotmaster arm/bicep plate mod and it has a rayon lforigno cape. If there are any takers please PM me!

Yeah, even I agree there. The DX02 is not so easy to come by, and the quality is better all the way.

Oh, I wasn't saying that the flaws are opinion, thoughs are a fact. It's the liking or disliking of said flaws that's opinion.

How do i know what dx batman i will be recieving . I just ordered one and im hoping its not the oily abs one. did hot toys ever fix the ab problem. I thought i saw on youtube that a guy sent his back to hottoys and they sent him a newer body instead of rubber it was plastic
