Handling Supes is dangerous!!

I picked him up and my finger got caught on the suit and FFFAAAARRRRKKKK. Snagged

Trim those nails!!!!!!!

It's not just your finger nails that will snag the suit, just having dry skin will do it. It's very easy to snag this material.

breakersrevenge said his finger got caught. He didn't mention his nails.

Seriously, it's your hangnails and rough skin that catches. Use an emery board to get that all smooth if you're really worried.

Same for nails. It's not about length it's about keeping them smooth/not jagged.

Happy Christmas, freaks! I got to play with my Supes today and I'm super happy with it too. Aside from the REALLY SHINY NECK. But that's only a nuisance in my pics.

Got the figure for Christmas. He really is something special.

I inspected him when he was shipped just in case, but I missed the fact that he is missing the plug in the right thigh. I remember somebody else having the same problem with his. Not that big of a deal to me and it's not really that noticeable. Still interesting that multiples have the same issue. Oh well.

great figure! but i got a snag on a part of the suit of the costume when i was trying to display it. So, What to do? If i buy an extra suit off of ebay, how hard is it to put on? If anyone has any experience that would be great. thanks

Is it normal for one of the parts of the fortress of solitude not to stick in properly? Also for Supes to not go on the stand of the fortress without it almost toppling?

He's amazing though! Really pleased.

Use a hair dryer on the base to warm it up, and all the pieces should go in fine.
A couple of mine wouldn't go in all the way until I did that to mine.

Same here... After reading this thread I was a bag of nerves, but needn't have worried....Straight 'S', No snags, Amazing headsculpt with no scuffs or marks... I guess If I had a problem, (and its very minor) Its the one already mentioned about getting the Fortress stand to stay together right out of the box.....
