You can make an iron-on. I just don't know how you get the old ones off.
So has anyone here attempted to create a better decal or sticker for the S shield? Mine happens to be stretched out a bit too much horizontally compared to what it should be (which I've also noticed on many other people's figures here), and I'm not crazy about the black outlines within it either.
And don't even get me started on the tiny, absolutely awful shield on the back of the cape.
I'd love to create some kind of replacement for both, but I'm not really sure how to go about it...

I'd spray the suit from the inside with brake cleaner degreasant several times. That would denature the adhesive and allow the "old" S to be removed.
this may solve your problem with the emblem ,printable vinyl ,its super thin and if warmed up first will mould to the contours of the chest and sticks like ***** to a blanket ,sorry the pics upside down lol ,my nephew got his on ebay but the web sites in the pics so maybe you could get it direct ,this was just a test fit to show how thin the vinyl is ,carefully fitted and pre heated you could get the creases out if required ,hope this helps cheers
with a good printer you should be able to get great results with this product ,heres my neca superman i used it on ,our johns printer is not state of the art by any means ,but it shows the product takes color well ,and contours nicely .hope this helps

The printable vinyl shield looks pretty darn good! I'll have to give that a shot. Thanks.
