Modification/Customization for the DX12 Batman Figure

From what I understand, there are two metal pins (vertical to the head) on either side of the joystick. Poke them out and the joystick comes off. You can then rotate each eye individually. I don't know about being able to put the joystick back in or not.

Personally, I only had a very mild cross eye problem. I moved the pers as far as I could in all directions without forcing it too much. After that the cross eye problem was even less noticeable than before. I never saw the need to remove the joystick for mine. I'm only repeating the things that I've read/absorbed by constantly reading up on this figure through this and the primary DX12 threads.

Mine seemed to get worse once I moved it and now when I move the Pers system one eye moves before the other but I will try your trick first .
For now I'll stick with the stock cape as it has a lot of depth in my detlof and money isnt a issue but I just cant see paying $50 for a cape cut out of a few dollars of cloth , also how are Gauntlets and DX 12 shoes selling for more then real shoes on Ebay ?

Dude. If there's one 'mod' you must do, it's a custom cape. LForigno charges $30 shipped for his Short Rayon. Worth every cent.

If I was posing him in a scene or versus Bane then I'd agree but on his stand in the Detlof even my BW with Cowl just looks right proportion wise with the space , you know it has depth and with a thin cape or nothing it looks skimpy but if I do get one it will be Meis DKR Battle action with a 1/2 drape on the ground . Im trying to post photos but it says images to big so Im trying to downsize but I have no idea how to re size to 800 x 600 format I'll figure it out hopefully before Joker 2.0 release Meis has some thickness and weight and since the stock cape is thin I wouldnt want more but with the stock and stand I can do some cool poses that even cover the holder .

Ok figured out the posting picture thing out so heres a few Images how I do the capes with hiding the figure post and I have Bane , Joker 2.0 and DKR 1/4 coming so I just might buy another detlof case and a few more figures or just make the 1/4 DK desktop display under glass .

I used Tamiya Flat Black Acrylic for the eyes and I think that's what most people used on here if I'm not mistaken.

I only had Citadel Gamesworshop Chaos Black. Worked good too the most important thing is the thin brush and a steady hand.

For the people that took off the fat suit, did you do any mods to the belt to make it fit better? It's really loose now.

In Maglor's image of his dissected DX12. You can see that he just cut off the legs of the fat suit. I'm guessing that makes it so the belt still fits correctly.

As much as I love Robbie face plate, I went and sculpted the BW head. I just thought the skins color is more realistic. Check it out.

Hi, first of all congratulations for your custom.
I agree with you, Robbie did a beautiful job with the face plate, but I find that the color of skin and the lips is not realistic enough.
I want to do the same thing as you in cutting directly on the head of BW.
However for the mouth, can you tell me if you have cut the opening behind the mouth in the helmet or if you just cut the face plate ?
