True. But Sideshow wouldn't have agreed to be a distributor if they didn't have confidence they could deliver, right? Maybe? Hopefully?

Looks like the May SSC $20 coupon works on this guy, though I haven't clicked the final pre-order button to know for sure. Still not sure if I want to take the risk, though, not knowing what we'll get even as a prototype, much less in-hand.

Best option right now IMO. Even if these all somehow ship at once from all retailers, you would have a couple weeks to see how it turns out before you can't cancel your order.

This is absurd.

A lot of products come out on BBTS without a full prototype. Some are just CG renders, some have no pictures at all. Not so sure about SSC, though. One of the potential issues here is that this company has no track record, but that also happens with BBTS products from time to time.

Yeah, Molecule announced it earlier on their page. Along with the artist sculpting the head. Mike has been sculpting for many years. He was responsible for some work in Men In Black and Wolfman.

Still skeptical about the production figures but if lennon turns out well I am definitely in for Wonka. If these are even near hot toys level the price is fine. Shocked really that they are asking fifty bucks less for Wonka. Really glad lennon is the guinea pig.

Really pulling for M8 now......that Wonka figure is a must have. They really need to change their flow of information though

$250 for a full figure with two sculpts, all those accessories, and an Oompa Loompa would, once again, make Molecule8 the best value in the business today if it pans out as planned. But, big if. If the tailoring is sub-par, or if the paint apps aren't up to snuff, then the rest of the stuff doesn't matter all that much to me personally.
