I agree.. That's why I couldn't get excited about them. To me they look like jumbo plastic action figures, not worth anywhere near $150. If they were mixed media like the DreamEX figures I would've at least gotten Leonardo. I'll get to see them all in person when they are eventually released as a good friend of mine ordered all 4 turtles. For now I have to stay with the original comic Neca figures I picked up at release. I never opened them, and considering I paid $50 for all 4 carded versions at NYCC the year they were released and now go for anywhere between $100-$150 each, it's been tough to not dump them.

Pleather and cloth is a nice touch, but design wise Mondo > DreamEX. To each their own, but for me the materials are secondary.

Yeah, I'm in agreement with the design. Looks wise the Mondo look so much better than dreamex. The dreamex looks like the 4kids version so very cartoony.

This seems to be a golden age for TMNT collectors. Everyone has their preference, but the current diversity of options we have from NECA, Mondo, DreamEX, ThreeZero and Sideshow is really amazing. Cowabunga!

Yeah. It's crazy how many options we have. I'm thankful that there is so much that we can pick and choose!

Right now I've been going with the Revoltech, Figuarts and Mondo turtles.

In the 1/6 scale I still think Mondo has the best designs. IMO the OG comic turtles reign supreme.

Just got an email from sideshow, says new payment date is February 15th for Don, expect mikey and Raph to be the same date unless they are still going to release them each a month apart.

It's been 3 weeks since brock posted on his instagram that Leo is on the boat and on his way. I'm not sure typically though how long it takes for the boats to make their way across the Pacific.
