Most Disturbing Scenes??

Just got done seeing A Serbian Film. . . wow. . .

Curiosity, anyways, wasn't as gory as a saw or hostel movie from what I saw on youtube, so if you seen any of those films, you've seen worse in the gore department. What that movie did do though was all mental! Wasn't too bad till right up till the end. . .and then it just socks you in stomach. Truly a very depressing ending. Oh and thank god for that baby scene taken out, I would not of been able to stomach that, and even tho its edited out, they make it perfectly clear you know whats happening, you just cant see it. Idk, this movie is more mental then visual. It does have a kick ass soundtrack tho, esp the end credits.

That's why this is most disturbing thread, not most gore-ish thread. Any violent rape scenes are going to be disturbing as hell imo.........to normal people anyways.

The death was. However, the woman knew she was going to be beat if I recall. It was the same woman who he was punching in the other scene. But I think I know what scene you are talking about.

When Casey Affleck beats up Alba that is. That scene is absolutely horrible.

I haven't seen the movie, so I'm not sure what exactly your referring too. I was asking cause I don't know, I saw part of the scene in a review video. The women getting her head cut off during intercourse, that isn't a rape scene?

I'm pretty sure the woman was oddly enough a willing participant. They establish that by showing her in a scene earlier.

As I said, the movie was disturbing without a doubt, don't think I could stomach the uncut version, but from reading all these reviews, I was expecting the gore to be pretty bad. However if you seen hostel, you've seen worse then what's in this movie. To BadMoon, the "eye" scene at the end was bad, but again, not nearly as bad as the eye scene in hostel. This movie deserves the disturbing title for sure cause well, it is, but the most gory and disturbing movie? I don't really think so.

There are plenty of movies that are more gory. But gore alone doesn't disturb me.


I mean some of the goriest movies are zombie movies and I don't find most of those very disturbing.

Will definitely check that out. Which reminds me, have any of you seen The Act of Seeing with One's Own Eyes? I bought the collection it comes on a while back and haven't worked up the nerve to watch it yet...

Bought to watch this right now, pulled it up on google. Ill let you know how it is in 40 mins
