Movie Scores/Soundtracks and Composers Discussion

I pretty much have every grail soundtrack I've ever wanted by one means or another (those being purchasing at retail, purchasing online, or yeah downloading). One I don't have is the Die Hard soundtrack though. Haven't looked for a downloadable of that lately.....

I like to own store bought discs but will download if needed. The Shining is one of the best examples.

I just love soundtracks and scores. I own well over 300.

I do love them as well....but my main usage for them, is that. There are scores that can entertain the ____ out of me, like the Iron Man score, Sherlock Holmes, TDK.....

So I ended up buying the There Will Be Blood sountdrack and its awesome!

By I have one complaint......Am I crazy or is some of the music from the film missing from the score?

for instance....the music played when HW goes deaf and the fire starts at the well. Here is a clip with some of the music playing during this scene:

Also, the end credits music is missing as well. This music was also played after Daniel blessed the well and they started it for the first time.

If not they have a lot of limited edition and usually pretty complete soundtracks offered in small print runs. My brother who is a huge soundtrack fan turned me onto it. He picked up the complete score of Ghostbusters - which I guess was pretty rare - when it was released there a while back.

Right now they have a complete score for the new Star Trek flick due to ship next week. I've got mine on order - looking forward to it - I hate incomplete soundtracks.

Well I finally picked up Howard Shore's Two Towers score and thus completing my LOTR trilogy. Also picked up Wolverine origins at a good deal.
