I am not understanding why he is so angry...
I am a dentist, when something goes wrong i refound the money without problem ( i am not saying that i like to do, but it s the correct thing)
I wont post here anymore for a while, i think i ll wait a bit more and see what will happen, i ll give him the benefit of the doubt again, i really hope i recieve my sculpt, and everything else as well.
And juicemaster, dont relax the guard.
As a fellow member s not polite such behavior from him at all.
 
If you look back in his old threads, this is what he did almost every head that he offered.

One claim was his girlfriend broke up with him and left him

another claim was his laptop was broken and he didn't have a cell phone or nothing.

If you can't produce and bang out projects, why you taking peoples money?

that's what I don't understand about people on these boards that claim that they can offer such great service and products to people, then they take the money and they basically run with it, or its a 4 month delay process
 
Wow, this has gotten really really ugly - And it seems most Freaks have been really patient and quite understanding towards him, considering this is not the first time this happened. Hope you guys get this sorted out - and Juicemaster, good luck to you man - you're a customer asking for normal, reasonable updates - no need for him to get all weird upset like that.

whoa....glad i was able to get my heads from the previous offerings...didn't know rage had a turn on-off button like that for Zack...hope everything works out for everyone involved...
 
Lot of hoola on this topic. Too bad IMO. I purchased MRM's Two-Face sculpt and after a moderate wait it was worth it for sure, looks awesome in hand.

Always keep a few things in mind. Customs take a long time and MRM is not a business, we play by his rules. And honestly when you send someone money through paypal for something whilst knowing it will take longer than the protection window, it's possible you put $ down the drain. If you want 0% risk, don't do customs.

I paid in full for my Begins cowl and sure I would be miffed if I never receive it. I won't give up hope, but take it into account it might not play out to your liking.

This here is the reason id never do custom work. I dont want people to wait, but then again I feel most guys here don't understand how time consuming these things are. Good communication is key. More so than waiting times. I'm sure mrm will not let you guys down, or well. I hope so. :)
 
I had to wait more than a year for a few headsculpts but when they were delivered they were top quality. From my own experience I can say Zack is a top guy with no bad intentions. Although I have to agree that the waiting is sometimes not very easy and might even be frustrating, I am pretty sure he will come through. Each and every oneof you will receive their headsculpts (me too). :)

I have no doubt theyll get there stuff. I've never had any issues personally, but he's got to understand that without communicating people are going to lose interest. I think it's well within his right to take more time if he needs in order to give everyone the best quality. But it's also well within his customers right to ask for a refund when it goes months longer than what they were told. And to attack them and call them ****ing ******* or a whining little ***** is completely out of line.
 
Jesus, I thought I was the only one still waiting for my HS, then I stumbled upon this thread...

I know it's hard to do this, especially with how much money we've all invested, but I think everyone should just try their best to calm down. I emailed Zach around thanksgiving and he seemed stressed out and VERY busy. BUT, I got the feeling he was working hard on getting our HS's done. He's probably been "missing" because he's working hard on completing his commissions. And I don't know about you, but I'd rather work in peace and avoid seeing everyone freak out, because I know I'd work more efficiently and do my best work in the least stressful environment.

I agree with all of you that a simple update would have avoided all of this, but some people deal with stress differently than others. And avoiding it AND us seems to be Zach's way of coping. But remember guys, as another member has already pointed out, Zach has NEVER failed to fulfill his end of the deal, and I feel confident that this time around will be the same. I just think he has taken on too much work at one time, and he is trying his best to deliver us quality work, which takes time. He will come through, we just have to be patient and allow him to work.

In the meantime, lets all just try to enjoy the holidays, and also realize that Zach's probably also trying to do the same. And Zach, if you still ever read this thread, trust me, most of us are not gonna hold a grudge or be angry with you. I've never even bought anything from you before, but I know we're all fans of your work, and many of us have been your loyal supporters for quite some time. It won't take much at all for most of us to forget this whole mess. A simple, honest update is all that many of us have asked for, and I think that's not an unreasonable request for your many fans/supporters.

Not a bunch of what if's , or his probably busy, these are his reasons or justifications already

If you call for final payments, and lead people to believe their items are ready to ship, stand by your word... Simple as that

I realise customs can take a while, however customs is all I do, and i have dealt with alot of people on this board, all of which have been stand up guys... Even if there has been a delay, they have told me and advised as such... Not fed me total B.S

Plus I also received an email from him, however it was blocked by my works email admin, due to profanity...
