It was me that bought his custom Enterbay Joker a few weeks back. I just stumbled on this thread and I can't believe what has happened over the past few weeks. I had previously dealt with Zach on a custom 1/6 head and when the chance to get his fully customized 1/4 EB figure came up I jumped on it and he shipped it out exactly when he said he would. It's really a shame things have gone down this path because his talent is off the charts. Sounds like he just bit off more than he could chew and now the pressure of trying to finish everything has made him snap.

Definitely not trying to rub it in, but after everything I've read the last few pages I'm just glad I was able to get this from him before it all went to hell:

I dunno looks much more screen accurate to me, some of these guys paint the joker too in depth that you lose the illusion of a guy with makeup. I leave it, it's all zacks work, aweasome piece congrats!

No offense, but you're either crazy or need your vision checked. I've seen the 8Bit Joker repaints and this custom by Zach is a thousand times more screen accurate than any of his. Just look at the 2 pics and tell me which one actually looks like Ledger did in the movie.

I am really sick of phrases like "you should get your eyes checked" where it is implied that difference of opinion is caused by some defect in a persons judgement.

The 8 bit one looks more impressive (technically speaking) but I still prefer MRM's paint up. Maybe because I prefer that scene better.

I'd love to see comparisons of paint ups going for the same look/scene. Otherwise it's apples and oranges.

Sorry, but I just don't know how anyone who is familiar with the look of the character in the movie can examine those two pics and not see the glaring difference in terms of accuracy. I mean, it's not even close.

Maybe people are just pissed off at Zach now because of this whole recent fiasco and are on the offensive against his work, but I'll stand by my opinion that his Joker paint-ups blow everyone else's out of the water.

Meh. The thing with Zach is you never know what you're going to get. It's very hit or miss. Some look good ,some look sloppy and rushed, all are never very sophisticated. Accuracy be damned ,this looks more like Ledger to me, and it looks professional.
