Why settle when they offer a replacement, if you really want a perfect piece you can get one, that’s why Sideshow has great customer service. I don’t think anyone should have to settle for a sub par piece, and yes paint chips, scratches, etc…equal sub par.
They aren't offering any more replacements, just refunds. And their customer service is seriously lacking for a high end collectible company.
