It was nice to see Bill Russel congratulate Kobe. As a Laker hater, this is one of the easier Laker championships to swallow. Let's hope for another Lakers/Celtics finals rematch next season. This was the best series of the playoffs by far.

Refs sucked tonight, and through the series. But I don't think it was systematic one way or the other. They just suck and don't know a foul from a block from a guy not touching a guy. Its like they just flip a coin for a given play--heads a foul, tails not a foul.

This may sound kind of bad, but it makes me feel good that Kobe played so horribly. Sometimes I think even he needs a reality check to the FACT that he is no Michael Jordan. He is really lucky everyone else on his team didn't panic like he did. I know he got 14 rebounds, but really he played worse than his stat sheet.

Lakers Repeat Champions!!!

If anyone told me that Artest would be the deciding factor in Game 7 and Sasha would secure the Championships three weeks ago, I would have laughed.

But they did. The Lakers D and BOARDS Won the Game, that and late Celt fouls. Rondo is an amazing Player... a joy to watch and he almost stole the ball from Kobe the last minute.

Bill Russell is pure Class, thoroughly enjoyed watching him hand Kobe the MVP Award.

Gonna be a Great Weekend in L.A.
