"The Lakers do not intend to trade Bynum, at 23 their one youthful building block for the future and still coveted by Lakers vice president Jim Buss despite chronic knee problems."

"Also, apparently the Nuggets asked about Pau Gasol for Anthony as well, but the Lakers said no once they caught their breath from laughing so hard."

ya jim buss covets bynum.. he'll c o c k block the deal..you guys will prolly get melo beacause of this.. too bad imo.. i question bynums durability and overall drive.. what ny is offering sucks for denver, but at this point they dont have many option.. if u get him congrats on th steal...

Lol, yeah we got Melo JUST BECAUSE of this. Melo's been wanting to come to NY for the last 6 months, telling EVERYONE he would not sign an extension with any team BUT NY, but the Knicks should be congratulated on the "steal."
:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol

Your response was so predictable it hurts. :rotfl

The Lakers begin talking with Denver just this week, and all of a sudden the Knicks, who have been discussing the entire deal for MONTHS will get the "steal."

At least I know to ignore your posts in the future.

If the Lakers traded bynum for Mello, would that be a good or bad thing for the lakers? With Bynum, we have size and youth but bad knees, and a possible greg oden-like senario(god forbid). With Mello, you have no size, but an excellent scorer who could probably take kobe's place once he retires as the leading scorer for the lakers. But he plays no defense. Tough call. I hope Bynum can stay healthy, but I have a feeling that he'll be injured before the playoffs yet again.

wow you really are oversensitive..

denver approached LA over the summer.. they havnt taken your deal yet because your deal sucks.. thats why you need more teams involved.. youve been talking for months because no good deal is avail.. if something decent was offered it would be done..

its a steal for you because LA will prolly reject denvers offer and the crap your offering is utter garbage. Denver doesnt want to walk away w/ nothing ALA CLEVELAND.

make yourself feel better and ignore my posts.. ignorance is bliss.

even w/ melo you wont win a championship.. youll run the phoenix offense.. that got the suns far..

BTW YOUR ORGnization sucks, itll never get anywhere until you sell the team to someone w/ a brain.. Go ahead and get isaiah thomas back in there while your at it..

you think melo would rather go to new york and win nothing or go win rings with LA? New yok people are funny, you all think your town is hot ____ and everyone wants to be there but no one cares about new york unless your a new yorker.

enjoy the truth tool boy and your mediocre team. fields and galanari.. wheeeeeeeeee!!! *LMAO*

Prolly bad short term but big picture good. they always say dont trade big for small, lakers will prolly hold true to that.

Pot meet kettle.
:rotfl

By the way, why not try not being so "sensitive" yourself and ease up on the insults keyboard warrior. It's clear you were absent in school the day "fact and opinion" were discussed, since you have absolutely no clue what either of them are. But please...continue...this is quite hilarious how worked up you'RE getting.

Well obviously, but to say he had no other options was false.
QUOTE]

I never said he he didn't have other options, I merely implied that Shaq needed Kobe as much as Kobe needed Shaq. There's nothing wrong with that, I just get tired of hearing that Kobe couldn't do anything without Shaq that's just a Kobe hater statement.

In today's NBA you need at LEAST 2 superstars. People talka bout Jordan being the best ever... but the man had some serious help.
