28-1 is pretty impressive. still dont see the heat getting past the celtics this year. they have too many big defensive bodies. next year when you guys add a couple more pieces to your puzzle you'll be pretty sick.

Yeah just saw that on ESPN. Its total BS, its bad enough the Lakers were giftwrapped Pau because Kobe couldnt do sh&t w/out Shaq but this is going to far. Bynum for 'Melo is garbage for gold imo.

Why is it that Kobe couldn't do anything without Shaq? Last time I checked there isn't a champioship team out there that doesn't have at least 2 to 3 options on it that can beat you. That other championship that Shaq won was with Wade, so maybe Shaq needs help too?

Last time I checked, Kobe had 2-3 options on that team post-Shaq and pre-Pau. Lamar Odom and Caron Butler come to mind. Forget about them?

No not even the same situation. Please never ever compare Miami to those Bulls teams. In a best of seven series the heat would be lucky to get a game or two out of seven against those Bulls teams.

Depends on how much cap room they have next year. There will be a new CBA that could screw things up for them.

I still think over the course of their contracts they get about 2 titles. There are too many good teams for them to just run over everyone, injury, money, etc.

It was redundant, and you know it, because we werent talking about Shaq. We were talking about Kobe's options post-Shaq. That he indeed had them but is not a great enough player to win with what he had.

And the reason anyone wasnt talking about championships with Kobe, Odom, Butler goes back to my first point. HE COULDNT WIN WITHOUT SHAQ CARRYING HIM. So the fix was on to find another great talent to partner him with.
