Yes but you need spacing... if the 4th and 5th defenders can just play safety in under the basket it makes the big 3's job that much more difficult....

That's why you need players out there on the court with them that can score... it's not so that we can run plays for them... its so that they can make defenses pay for loading up on the big 3.

Lets face it, Wake just wants an all-star team so he can rub it in everyones face how much the Heat rule and everyone else's team suck balls...

He's really point-forward. Taking the court with Wade, Miller, Bosh and Center-By-Commitee. Although, like in Chicago when he guarded Rose at the end, he will guard some pointguards.

And Rose made him look foolish.

THAT'S EXACTLY WHY IT MATTERS. Miller was hurt for the Bulls game... which few options for whn the stars were out getting rest.

Its basically a 3 on 5 when Anthony and Howard are on the court for us at the moment.

Ah I knew the excuses would come out. Your team lost plain and simple. Chicago has played almost the entire season at less than full strength. U play with who you got. Miller wouldn't have made much difference. He's played like crap most of the time this year when he has played.

Parker out 2-4 weeks with bad calf, I know you guys are sad about that. I know we all wanted to see the Spurs reach 70 wins...:(

Sucks, I still think they could do it. George Hill is a fine player and may be able to hold down the fort till Tony comes back

I wasn't making excuses... my point had nothing to do with the game itself... it was why it matter who was on the bench. Geez.

You play with who you got. Miami might have a better bench if they only had two superstars. This is the risk you take if you bring in so many expensive players.

from what i've seen the heat look uncertain on what to do in crunch time.

lakers are starting to roll.. i predict they go 20-5 post all star break.. so far 4-0 with the wolves tonight id say its safe to say 5-0

I agree. I think anytime we can get our backups some much needed exposure, its a blessing, so long as the Spurs are healthy come playoff time.

George Hill is a fine replacement. The Spurs have such confidence in him that they were thinking about letting TP go via free agency so Hill could replace him but they obviously changed their mind.

I'm not sure I like that idea so much....Hill is great but not Tony Parker great, if Tony leaves we need another pg on his level to replace him. I remember hearing a chris paul rumor a while back actually.

So now I'm hearing Bibby, Brewer and Dalembert/Murphy... to replace Jamal Magloire, Juwon Howard and Carlos Arroyo.

That's a major upgrade to bench. I'm crossing my fingers.

where did you hear that? I dont know why Chi would let brewer go, and I havent heard anything about Sac letting Dalembert go. If Miami got Dalembert off of a buy out, that would be a steal imo. At least he can finish around the basket and his jump shot has actually improved throughout the season.

Its offical though, Murphy signed with the old man Celtics.

They need to find a line up out there that can make open shots. I would put Jones out there over Miller on the offensive end. It would be nice to see Wade or Lebron pull up for a free throw line jumper once in awhile, it seems, both just put their head down and take it to the basket and force something up, and the refs wont make any foul calls in that situation.

Knicks picked up two players today:

Derrick Brown from Charlotte

Jared Jeffries. lol

So that makes two players we ORIGINALLY drafted(Jeffries and Balkman) that we just got back.

Isiah Thomas is such a piece of ****.

Big game tonight against the Magic.

Go KNICKS!

Yup. I can't be TOO upset, since we did hang with them and lead for a good portion of the game.

Landry Fields played like complete garbage, however. Probably his worst game in a Knicks' uniform.

Hope Chauncey is okay...

During the 90's? the game didn't even start playing in the NBA still around 2002....

My brain is blown. 2000's. I meant to say that I lump every ****y Knicks player together during the 00's with Isiah. Our last, REALLY good team(though plagued with injures) was in 99.

I think I'm dyslexic. :lol

From Balkman, to Jefferies, Eddy Curry, Marbury, Francis(LOL), McGrady(LOOOOOLLL), Al Harrington, Keith Van Horn, etc. etc. etc. Whether through drafting, or trading, Isiah almost ruined my love for the Knicks.

Almost.

There were some good picks, however:

David Lee.
