LOL@Lakers only playing 4 games so far while others have played at least 6. LOL that Bynum is injury prone.

Lakers will be tested next week.. And Bynum really isnt injured..

Whats this years bet hombre..

What are your thoughts on the 24 million man sitting out games?.. You know that means he doesnt practice either right?..

I think he still practices. I don't see why he wouldnt? Even if he may not be going all out in practices, I still think he's in there with the guys.

My thoughts....I think porter has the right idea. As you saw last season, in some situations Shaq can severely hinder the Suns' efficiency and on both ends of the court. He's a bit too slow to make some quick hook shots, and him getting into foul trouble slows down the momentum for the Suns.

I know the west is still a beast and you "want" to try to win as many season games as possible, but I don't think that the few games that Shaq sits out and the Suns end up losing will severely hinder them in the long run.

As I and you may know, the "real" season starts in the playoffs and that's all that Im worried about at this moment. If he's healthy for the playoffs then Im fine with him sitting on his ass now.

Not sure what the bet is, let's just do the same? Change user title, and what was the other thing?

In regards to Bynum, I read that he slightly tweaked his shoulder or something last week? While it didnt stop him from playing or practicing, you can't deny that those little things can get to a player's head and confidence. Always wondering if his knees will hold out or if he will get another season ending injury. I think that tad bit of tentativeness can have a big effect on him getting even more injured later on.

Im sure everyone is tentative after a serious injury.. The shoulder tweak turned out to be nothing..

20 bucks and a name change is good w/ me.

Also good excuses for Shaq basically being lazy.

Is there a franchise player in next year's draft? That has to be why the basketball gods are causing all these injuries to the Spurs.:lol:lol:lol

k sounds good. I'd be the first one to call him a lazy ass if I thought that was what was going on. I just don't in this situation, I think he'd play if they allowed him to.

if the cavs can unload wally worlds 13 million dollar expiring contract at the trade deadline for someone good....look out ...

Told you Bodie, Shaq F'n dominated the Bucks tonight. :rock

Tell me that's lazy?

You guys needed Mr Special Treatment against the Bulls..

Bucks are soft in the front line and a worse team.. Why not play Mr I Need Rest against the Bulls and rest Mr Marshmallow against the Bucks..

Even when he was with the Lakers he averaged half a season.. I know all about that dude.. His work ethic blows and gets by on his size only..

Right now he's just a sloppy big man.. Hope he doesn't need rest when we play them..

crazy how Houston selfdestructed after the 1st Q. seems that long break served the Lakers well...

He needs another month or so to shake off the rust and regain his confidence in his body.. I don't know if youve taken an extended amount of time off of playing ball, but when you come back you need to rework a few things to get back in form..

It takes a little time.. He's only 5 games back from a year off.. The positive thing is we can wait for his upside to come into play and still win in the meantime..

All he really needs to do is block/change shots.. Grab rebounds and dunk the ball..

STEAMROLL!!!!

True, but saying now that he is the next best thing in the NBA already is a bit pre-mature. I have yet to see it. So do a lot of analysts.

One thing is for sure, your bench is doing a great job.
