I really don't care about the NBA and don't follow it, but Wake seems to be a really arrogant prick.

You mad bro?

Lol

I'm just happy. Go back and read all the dirt people in this thread threw on me and my team (waaaay before eliciting my ire) and tell who was a prick. I'd like to say I'm a big a man as LeBron who accepted his trophy with decorum, integrity and without an ounce of defiance... But alas I'm not a bigger man.

You have to admit, though, you were a pretty big prick last year, but I think you were even keel this year (up until the last couple of pages that is...:lol).

Nonetheless, congrats, live it up, and hope you have a good time! :duff:rock

Same goes to all the heat fans! Congrats! :duff

ah, great night, great night. Just some thoughts. First off, don't care about the Jordan comparisons. It's foolish to compare anyone to Jordan. I have to say, when Bosh went down, I'll admit I thought they were done. No team or player (Lebron) had ever been under so much pressure in NBA history, and they came back after being down to Indiana, Boston and OKC. This team showed toughness we all thought they didn't have

Oh jeez, stay on or get off the bandwagon, make up your mind! :slap :rotfl

You should be happy your team won. :lol

As far as the hate you gotta get over the fact not everyone is gonna like your team that's just how it goes. You also have to actually at some point get why people (like me don't like them).

Wake is what some call "new money" - he's obviously never experienced his team winning a championship before since he just became a fan 7/9/10...all the other fans here have seen their teams win for at least the last decade and know how to handle winning...not new money though.

Wake acts like he's personally gonna get a visit from LeBron at this home for being a super fan...

Agreed. Which is why I talked NO smack until my team won. I have the floor right now and it feels gooooood.

Thanks

You're right I know it's ok. :)

That picture looks a little dated.......................

When Jordan won his first championship did he magically get 5 more or was that first one just a start?

Nope he and the Bulls went out and dominated to get 5 more over the next seven years (two three peats). The chances of James and the Heat doing that are just very slim. I don't think Wades body will hold up long enough and I think they will get rid of Bosh/he'll leave. Which then leaves James to do what he couldn't do with the Cavs be the #1 with no other megastars around him. Plus teams like OKC are just gonna get better, the Bulls will be there, Lakers aren't going away, Boston will be fine, Spurs will be there, Portland has a chance to be really good, Dallas, Orlando if Howard stays, etc.

I don't get why all the hate? None of these guys would have won by themselves or with a franchise like Cleveland who couldn't afford to buy the teams Jordan and Kobe had around them during their championship runs. All these guys cry like _____es to get better players around them, the fact one left a ____ty organization to do the same thing makes him worse is ridiculous. Every person in here would do the same thing Lebron did whether it be in sports or real life. Better situation financially, better situation for support, and better long term outlook. You're a liar or damn near stupid if you wouldn't do that for yourselves or your family.

"hey do you want to go work with your friends in a nicer city, make more money, and have better long term potential?"

"____ no I'm an idiot!"
