Lakers still won't get passed the Thunder, sorry just keeping it real.

We'll see man, we'll see.

Although Thunder beat Lakers 4-1, I felt we were closer than that. Game 2 and 4 could have been won by Lakers easily if we have a good playmaker. Kobe did terrible mistakes in those 2 games in the final minutes (forcing shots, turnover), could be a fatigue or he was trying to be a hero too much or he may not trust his teammates enough. That problem could be solved with Nash on the court. Kobe knows what Nash can do, the guy is a great playmaker. He will create more open look for Kobe. Plus we still have 2 seven footers, I like my chance to rematch againts OKC.

Man I am so stoked with this duo in the backcourt :rock

It's old lions versus young lions, and the Lakers have no answer for Durant. I really think it's gonna be the Thunders year.

It will be fun to watch no matter what though, and I'd be shocked if both weren't in the WCF.

If the Lakers get Howard all bets are off though!

Now, all lakers need to do is trade bynum for Dwight and we just may have a championship next year.

I also rather have howard than bynum.

But Jimmy boy loves Bynum so much. And Howard doesn't seem want to play for the Lakers.

How about Gasol guys? Should we keep him or move him?

ideally, we trade bynum for howard...and i think maybe getting nash helps a little with howard. he should at least be motivated enough to play hard for a title in his one year in LA, worst case scenario. with gasol, its a toss up. having howard still presents the same issues in that there is someone else who always has to be on the low block taking Pau's game away from him. we would benefit a lot from having a swingman who can shoot 3s. sadly, if we get howard, trading gasol for josh smith may not be a bad deal(though he really isnt that good at 3s). sounds like we may get grant hill to come off the bench for peanuts so that works well for the lakers too.

Well said, ya we choked up 2 of those pretty good. Outplaying them for 46 minutes and getting burned by horrid turnovers in the final minutes. NASH BABY!

well old lions tend to win the poost season, however OKC are young experienced lions which makes them scarey. btw when on, no one has a good answer for durant. I have a feeling howard is next, yet if not, im totaly fine with that. Nash will keep kobe from fatiguing. keep zen boy bynum engaged, as well as pau if we dont move him for more depth. nash will be glue for this talent laden team. watch out. clips will be alot better too if they land ray allen.
