Cool accessories and hands. I can't wait for this!

I really hope NECA can get a 7 inch version of this out one day but I have a feeling Mattel is the only company permitted to make figures of that size at this time.

Really hoping for Joker 89 and Returns figures also from Neca... Would be pretty awesome...

I'm glad NECA are producing these figures. I wouldn't mind them trying to beat Hot Toys to the punch a bit though in the future just to open up the competition.

Instead of coming in behind, stick their noses in front and see what happens to the market.

It would give Hot Toys a nice wake up call if simultaneously NECA released a figure in a larger scale at a third of the price.

Yea some friendly competition will undoubtedly equal a win for collectors. I'm super happy with what I've seen about the NECA figures. I have NECAs Captain America and I'm blown away with their recent overall jump in better production value. The toy fair pictures of Ironman and the two Batmans look amazing and I pray that they make all of the avengers as I can't help but drool at the thought of a NECA HULK.

PO'ed the two Batmans and contemplating the NECA Superman Man of Steel.

Yeah the figures do look amazing that is for sure... Come on August hurry up and get here....

Honestly, I'd love it if NECA grabbed the bull by the horns. For one thing, it might improve the quality overall; if HT doesn't want to be beat by a figure that's, as you guys have said, a third of the price, they might be less likely to half *** it (*cough*QS Batman*cough*), and, for another, maybe if they realize that there's a company out there that produces really good stuff for a fraction of the price, they might be less likely to sucker their customers for all they're worth. Granted, this is wishful thinking, mostly, but, to be honest, if they are fixing the sculpt, regardless of what the final product paint looks like, you could get a custom paint job that makes it look just as good as the HT for the same price, if not less, and at a bigger scale.

Speaking of accessories and hands, NECA posted this on twitter:

Grapple gun looks fantastic and that Batarang actually folds.

Accessories look great,This figure is so cool for $80. I hope their Man of Steel Superman looks good too.

Yeah, I think that cements it for me: Dis ting will be mine! It should serve as a fantastic placeholder, at the very least, until HT announces their's; of course, I'll probably like this one so much that I won't want to move it. I just hope that I have a nice Nolan Bats to serve in contrast to it (c'mon, HT, come through with the QS:pray:).
