:lecture Looks awesome especially with that headsculpt on but great they include two. Please do the same Hot Toys!

LOL Hot Toys Including two head sculpts now a days is pretty much non existant.... Arkham Joker should of had two headsculpts, same with Harley... I I serioudly doubt HT will be doing Catwoman or Penguin anytime soon.

I know lol but I can dream! Hot Toys not doing this version of Catwoman is nonsensical but I'm coming to expect that from them. NECA have done a great job on this figure. Hopefully unlike the turtles it won't be to hard to get in the UK.

Here she is in all her packaged glory!

Oh, God... What happened to the regular head's face?!

WTF those lips?? WTF that scared/surprised stare/look???? And where are the "laugh lines"???
Looks like a doll.

Hard to judge by ONE picture let alone one pic under plastic. Nothing an repaint cant fix.

Indeed. I can fix that in 15 minutes myself, like I fixed Neca's first Elizabeth Swann's face, but it's a shame that we collectors have to do what THEY should do.
I understand that mass production is the one to blame, but still.

The battle-damaged head/face looks terrific, though.

Paint never has been Neca's strong point I came to accept that pretty much every one forth figure I get I intend on getting repainted. Luckily he doesn't charge $300 per head.

That's true. Sometimes they nail every aspect, sometimes they don't. I've collected Neca figures for 10 years now.
Still a fabulous figure this Catwoman. Just a nitpick what I pointed out, really.

And I've seen your customs. Need your contact! lol
Should save me a lot of time... and hands, too. :lol

I guess the repainting is only easy if you have the skills or know someone who can do it. I understand the criticism of the clean sculpt but the battle damaged one looks so good I wouldn't really want to use the clean one anyway.

Dare I say better than Tweeterhead.
Not even close, imo. I think Trevor Grove really captured the essence of the character. The pose, the Pfeiffer likeness, the base... all a home run for me.

I'm still on the fence about picking up the NECA figure. The neutral expression looks off to me and the "battle damaged" head is a bit too extreme... not really the look I want to display next to my Mayoral Penguin. I'll wait until I see a few in-hand reviews before deciding.

The regular face looks much better in this new photo. Thanks!

It's such a terrific sculpt on both heads.

However, what bothers me on the regular face is the way the eyes were painted. They're way too wide open. She really looks like she's surprised or scared.
In fact, it looks exactly like when she's surprised by Penguin's betrayl at the rooftop:

I believe it may be just the straight-on shot and, once you pose the head correctly (bending it a tad down like the prototype), it might look just perfect. :clap

Im buying this for the angry face, that looks good thankfully. The other face looks crap though.

Looks good, especially for the price NECA's asking for it. And they're giving us 2 heads for that price. Saying it's better than Tweeterhead's is too much though, subjectively or not.

What size was the Tweeterhead and how what kinda price range? Don't think I've ever seen it.

What do you want for a sub $100 figure. I give neca more of a forgiving review. If they were near $500 like hot toys 1:4, then deserve a much harder review and higher expectations. For the money, I am happy.

Same here.... As long as the sculpt si good which they are. I like both headsculpts equally. Then the paint doesn't really bother me. Nothing an nice repaint can't fix if it really is that bad. Mattel's painting is far worse.
