Back flaps extended.

Legs looks alright to me.

Yup, legs look good here.

Re: NECA: 1/4 The Avengers

Personally, I think most of the IM suits look too small to actually fit a human inside of them.

Re: NECA: 1/4 The Avengers

These 1/4 Neca superhero figures for under a hundred dollars are a huge game changer.

The quality is now good enough for them to look high end and almost indistinguishable from a much more expensive figure from inside a detolf as my Cap does next to the 1/4 Batman.

I want to support Neca as a thanks for affording me to own many more collectibles than I normally would due to cost, and with quality 1/4 scale no less!

HT is lucky Neca doesn't make 1/6 vehicles. :lol

I couldn't agree more, they can totally compete with the high end collectibles with such cheaper cost. I'm very happy with this line, I ordered 2 IM and Captain is on its way.

Thor is in production as I speak, and hopefully Hulk!

Re: NECA: 1/4 The Avengers

I really wonder if they might actually thicken the legs at all? It just seems like a ton of work that they might just say "screw it" to.

Re: NECA: 1/4 The Avengers

why the hell is marvel giving out outdated legacy effect resources to toy and collectable companies?

the MK VII has an inaccurate collar area that never appeared in the actual film, only the legacy effects. its something i see happening with almost every MK VII collectable...in fact the only piece i have ever seen that has it proper to its appearance is the HT's

not a deal breaker...but why?

Re: NECA: 1/4 The Avengers

Had to cancel my Cap A I just couldn't get passed the whole sculpted clothes thing....but so glad I've got this coming!

Jeez, I've just put a pre-order in for a $300+ HT Iron Patriot this guys 1/3rd the price and twice the size! Whooo!

Re: NECA: 1/4 The Avengers

Yeah - NECA has always done great with their larger figures IMHO

I have their 18" Crow displayed in my basement next to my The Crow poster and it's a beauty. I'll be adding IM to my Avengers display alongside the 18" Cap ASAP!

:goodpost::exactly:

Very well said, brother.

I can't wait for this, as well as for the 1/4 Batmen (Keaton and West). The 1/4 Keaton Batman made me think that I might skip on HT's 1/4 Keaton, especially after seeing that Tankman humbly welcomed the photoshopped tweaks of a fellow boardie (was it Devil?). And knowing that it would last on my shelf longer and would cost as much as 80% cheaper, I'll support NECA all the way.

So far the only NECAs I have are Preds and an Alien, all in 1/4, and so far, I'm happy with their QC too :)

Yeah I completely agree with you. I remember first seeing their Robocop in a toys r us and thought wow whoever made this figure needs my support. I recently bought an Elizabeth figure from the Bioshock Infinite line and I am amazed at the attention to deal and work they put into it. Especially for a figure that's only about $15. It really made me rethink about buying my movie masters collection and wish that Neca would have gotten the TDK trilogy license for those figures. I'm really looking forward to seeing the 1989 Keaton Batman since I can't really justify/afford the hot toys one.

Re: NECA: 1/4 The Avengers

I love their Captain America figure and with a really good paint job it would even be loads better. I am certainly switching my collectibles target to their lineup. Hopefully, they'll achieve great success with this lineup and will produce more.

NECA is known for dropping lines prematurely

Re: NECA: 1/4 The Avengers

Maybe Neca will make it in DIECAST?

(I just wanted to say DIECAST because this was the one and only thread on this board that didn't have the word DIECAST anywhere in it).

DIECAST.

Re: NECA: 1/4 The Avengers

I for one hope these fly off the shelves and gives neca the momentum to make more 1/4 figs at this amazing price point

Re: NECA: 1/4 The Avengers

The 'Gears Of War' series had a nice amount of figures.
