How tall is the 89 Batman?

Here the Hulk looks bigger than 16.5, so the turtles might be smaller than Hulk.

so here is my little experiment. i did it for myself, but may be somebody else would be interested.
i tried to match:
- the size of "NECA" writings on the back wall
- the size of those metal rods with holes
- the thickness of a glass shelf
and then i put the back edge of a glass shelf they all stand on on one level to imitate their standing on one surface.
i tried to catch some 1/10 figures with Freddy as well, because they will be the only help for me - i don't have any 1/4 figures.
i did it urgently on a low-level computer, measuring letters mainly with a naked eye, so there might be a mistake there. may be somebody can repeat that in some nice graphics program and with precise measurements, but the idea is: once you match the letters "NECA" on two photos, you have a simulation of two figures on one shelf in one scale.

now i think Deadpool's letters "NECA" are too small, making him too small also.

===========

so i'd say (or should i say "i hope") turtles are like Penguin in his hat, which would be like 1/4 human shoulder height.

there is also a way to measure in "NECA"s directly :)
like "an alien is 4 Necas high, a turtle is 3 Necas".

Good eye... I'll measure Penguin with his hat on today and let you know how tall he is....

So I measured Penguin with his hat on and he's exactly 16.5 inches.

Magnificent looking figure. Please let them all live up to this hype. No unforeseen ugly seams, no shoddy paint, no warping, no lopsidedness, unmatching fabric/plastic head bands, incorrect length to fabric part etc etc etc

Yeah I'm pretty sure we will get an awesome looking figure... Least I'm hoping.

well than at least some 1/10 (different creatures - humans and others), i have some Neca, i will be able to compare.
for now i'm counting they will be like less than 2.5 human height of 1/10 (because 1/4 : 1/10 = 2.5, and turtles seem to be smaller than humans in 1/4).

thank you! all 3 sizes on one photo - perfect.
for those who might forget why it was needed: turtles seem to be one size with Penguin in a hat (i shrunk Deadpool too much, judging by "Neca" word on walls and a nameplate near him).

Is it possible to scale down figures? I kind of want to do a personal little project and scale one of these down to 1/6 but have no idea if that's even something that can be done. I feel like Iv'e seen other 1/4 scale heads scaled down to 1/6 but not quite sure.
