I wonder does the box for the Windrix figure explain anything about this 'character' and why its been made. I know why but I'm just picturing casual buyer reactions. 'Huh?'

This is what I was wondering.

If I hadn't herd the story on the internet and I saw him on the pegs I'd be like WTF is this guy????

Just watched a review of the Alien series 2 figure. Must say it doesn't look good. Hmmm. Need to see it in hand for myself

Worked perfectly, thanks!
The sculpt itslef looks great, I love the look of the new legs and all the new articulation.
Too bad you couldn't really see the dome, as that is one area the old one really needed to have fixed. The snarling lip looks great.
I'm not too sure about the paint and the "rubbery" feeling, though. I guess this will feel a lot like the Aliens figures...
Still, looks like a very cool figure.

Reviewer's really should educate themselves about who and what this figure is before doing their reviews.

Also, I can never get over how rough these reviewers are when demonstrating the articulation - its a NECA figure, are you guys mad? You can't be that rough with a NECA figure. This is what bugged me when I was accused of not knowing how to handle my figures back when I complained about the fact that every single one of my NECA T-1000s broke. It was nothing to do with my handling of the figure and everything to do with shoddy, horrendous QC. Not saying that that's the case here because I don't have this wave yet but the point is, the youtube reviewers are far rougher than I ever am with my figures.

Werd. I watched the NECA ED209 review on Toynewsi.com yesterday, and I kept thinking the reviewer was going to rip that thing apart.

I totally agree. Neca figures are very fragile. I hardly pose them to avoid damage. Most videos I've seen the reviewer takes the posing to the extreme!

gotta agree with a-dev, I'm always alarmed at how these guys handle their figures in the reviews and they seem to withstand the harsh handling just fine yet mine always seem to snap something
