Where is the best place in the UK to buy Neca/Alien stuff? I'm new to collecting and all I can find aside from eBay is Forbidden Planet, who are kinda limited in what they offer, and a lot of it seems overpriced.

Yeah the best place to buy this stuff in the UK is probably from eBay. Expect to see these figures placed round the £20 mark though. However I find that it tends to be even more £ in whatever stores we do have to buy stuff like this from.
I actually buy these trade pricing (Cases of 14) from the UK Distributor, sell 8 on my eBay store and then keep 2 of each figure which gives me a very good price to keep the 6 I actually want. However I will say there is hardly any margin selling these especially on places like eBay & Amazon because of the fees, it only works well if you sell alot. But like I said I do this more for my hobbies sake so it doesn't cost me anything like I used to pay @ shops and online.
I am willing to help out fellow Alien / Neca fans that are having to pay ridiculous prices, so if you ever want a good deal then let me know I can get any products from all Neca lines. The only catch being that I have to spend £150 every order I make, so I can't make small purchases and depending on the item like the Alien line I have no option but to buy a full case of 14, which is why I then sell the rest. So before you buy your next Neca figure write down the price, send me a message and I'll send you my price so you can compare it yourself.

That's very kind of you VLAGAS, I'm after the Jungle Hunter Predator but it seems very rare, I may have to wait for a re-release of some kind.

No problem mate. I'm also after a Jungle Hunter and City Hunter. I'm hoping they re-release them as part of the Ultimate line / series. Got a Snake Predator in stock.

I only be picking up Ripley in Series 5. I can't do $25 for Bishop as he looks like a pack in accessory for the Queen Alien. It would have been nice to see him packed in with Newt (if it was ever possible).
I'm in Florida and no luck yet. Been check every week

I got both Ripley's and Dallas through BBTS. Haven't opened them yet but surprisingly the paint on all of them is really nice.

Incidentally, I was at a local gaming shop today & noticed that they had a whole bunch of ALIENS Bishops on clearance.

Just got mine from BBTS as well. I am impressed.
I thought early on I would pass on this wave since it included nothing from the 2nd movie and "lucky star" Ripley just felt lazy to me, but a weak moment combined with payday had me going ahead with it.
They look good. I will go along with those saying that 'in-hand' they do look better than the promos. To me it clearly looks like a young Ripley. I also will 2nd the fact the paint looks to be much improved over the last wave. Pretty clean set and not shabby.

I just got home and found wave 4 waiting for me (Yay!). I haven't opened them as yet, but the paint work seems outstanding on all the figures so far. Scissors in-hand, I'm going in..........

All unpacked and I must say I'm reallly impressed. The paint work is superb on all the figures, and (in a first for me) all the joints work!! NECA please keep using this factory for all your future releases, and please re-release all the previous sets too using them. I will re-buy all of them. My money is here and waiting, take it please!
