i always thought he spoke about his organism qualities, no?
all that not used stuff about wounds healing and so on.

I don't mind the Alien, Big Chap, Xenomorph, whatever you want to call it, being slightly larger than the Predator. Despite Ash's claim that it is a perfect organism, the Alien will never, as far as we can tell, build a gun or a bomb or travel to distant galaxies. It should be able to rely on superior size and speed, as well as an ability to hunt in a pack. Makes for a fairer fight.

1)but that is not "slightly":

2) predators don't have to "fight" aliens. aliens are too easily killed or penetrated to immobility while predators ignore most of the wounds.
and aliens are a lot weaker and slower than predators, if we speak about movies 1-2 for both, of course what fight are you talking about? alien is a vermin unable to do anything but kill unarmed civilians. in A2 human soldiers practically killed themselves in every death event.

Technically the alien has natural abilities the predator lacks. It has no eyes but knows where it's prey is at all times. Superior senses...as for the "Tubes on the back " it is about structure and build for balance. The alien 3 creature was less intelligent but built for speed *no wind resistance tubes). The Warriors were smaller and they swarm. But the others were built and developed with what I believe to have traits passed down from the hugger due to the environment oral rape takes place lol. Alien's big chap was built for its place. The Warriors may have had a shorter development due to having control. The alien 3 creature was made to take the people out fast. I know none of this is fact but the mystery of the alien genetics is what gives them superiority. The predator has to prove themselves. The alien doesn't need to...it's born that way. So ha!

...well, Predators can be defeated in hand to hand combat. No human ever did that with an Alien, so point for the Xenos. Also Aliens adapt to whatever host and surroundings their in. The thing I hate about the second one is that James Cameron basically reduced Xenos to giant mindless bugs...

I can't and don't hate that. Perhaps if I were old enough to have seen Alien in the cinema in '79 I'd have had ample time to build up my idea of how the Alien should and shouldn't be portrayed and thus been similarly annoyed by what Cameron did but I wasn't born till '82. I grew up with both films and even by Alien 3 I was only 10 or 11. By '97 though I had formulated what I expected from an Alien film and Resurrection utterly failed to get through.

Well the Alien in the 1st movie is still alive for all we know. While the Predator could have been killed by a big rock but chose to blow itself up.

The Queen could also be alive, and it took military grade future weapons to kill the horde . P2 was killed by a beat-up old man with its own blade.

Aliens kill by birth. Predators "cheat" by using alien weaponry.
There's no doubt that Predators are smarter, but when it comes to deadliest..... l'd take my chances against a Predator.

So would I. With the Predator it at least might blow you away with the shoulder cannon - as painless a death as you'll get from him - but the Alien will either tear you apart, kill you and eat you or it will cocoon you, breaking your limbs and contorting you into whatever shape it happens to choose before you get facehugged and impregnated and then you'll be violently eaten from the inside out.

I see alien in alien and aliens to be two different types of alien.
Like Aliens would be like drones who serve the queen while Alien was one level up from the drones in the hierarchy,
