I know the feeling, my money is tight and less these days, i buy very little these days. i have sold most of my collection.

hmm, that's true. i'm assuming NECA will have these for sale in their Amazon store, so i'll snag one a little cheaper there.

a toy shop down in my area is preselling the elder for a decent price and once its in stock the price will go up just like the other neca preds.........if only the elder will b as good as the prototype pics then it will b worth my retail purchase

there's never going to be a figure that will ever be as good as a prototype. prototypes are not figures, they're 2X scale hand painted resin statues. and they cost thousands of $$ to make. NECA will never have the infrastructure to mass produce something like that. no toy company does.

if you dont buy one, you'll just end up crying about it later when everyone starts posting photos and you cant find him anywhere. Beleive me it happens.

i'm not sure if i will get elder or not, something in his face sculpt looks off , or maybe it's the skintone neca is using,
hopefully it will look right in person.if so i will get him.
i really like the p1 w/ gort mask, he looks very good in person.
i want p2 city hunter masked and p1 in classic mask most.

the elder isn't an exclusive or anything. it'll be just as easy to get as the other preds have. just wait until TRU gets them instead of paying through the nose online.
