NECA: Predator Movie Franchise Figures

BBTS has sucked lately with NECA figs. I didn't get my Series 3 from them until a month after everyone else had them in hand.

yeah i cancelled the order. if i can't find somebody who can ship them out at a reasonable time, i'll have to go to TRU and watch some drooling wage slave dunce give me the deer-in-the-headlights stare as i explain what figures i'm looking for again. does Cornerstore usually ship stuff out pretty quick?

Yeah, from what I understand CSC and Amok Time are good about getting these and shipping them as soon as they come out.

Probably been answered already in here somewhere - so apologies in advance guys, but I've been deliberating on getting the 6" 'classic' Predator from the Predators film.. are there any issues with that figure that anyone's discovered so far??

The paint job on mine was pretty well done and the open mouth head sculpt is great.

if this p2 is the real deal that we're getting in stores, neca and the the new china factory have totally lost it, the paint on city hunter truly sucks, (the boar's paint looks right)
however i will buy a masked city hunter anyway and have it repainted.

i hope these are just test shot figures we're seeing, if not, neca let p2 get screwed up.(paint wise)
tankman. needs to lets us know something about this.

They look good to me. I like how City Hunter is molded in that same translucent plastic that Jungle Hunter was, to give it that more realistic skin look.

I can't wait to get them and push the limits of how poseable they can be, as far as crouching and other poses like that.

the city hunters body, leg, paint don't match at all, light brown on his chest, don't match the darker redish brown on his legs, the head looks pretty good, but none match the other.or blend.
the boar colors all match,and blend, and so does hippies.

After seeing the pics in their series 4 review, yeah NECA has screwed up again. I'll be picking up a masked P2 either way but still the paint is terrible and is not even the right colour.

maybe neca needs to try a factory in north korea, they hate americans and predator too, but maybe they can match patterns and colors and blend them.

As I said the other day; the paint job on NECA's Wolf was great. That was 3 years ago. They should be getting better, not worse.

The body colouring was good espeacially the darker colouring on his back and the netting is neat and straight. The acid burns on his face and inner mouth were painted well too. IMO of course.
