I think this figure has the potential to do very, very well in the 18" format. The average Predator fan that walks into Toys R Us or FYE and sees this fantastic sculpt at that size for $40-$45 is going to be very tempted to pick it up. I wonder it they'd do the same thing as they did with the Alien and package him with the legs removed to save on box size and shelf space.

Agreed, typically NECA 18" vs 7" quality, the Predator would be great, and quite tempting for a lot, as pretty much an upscaled version of the 7" with the few small differences that they usually have between the scales and at around $50 price.

...If the figures are slightly more expensive, the fact is not so bad.
Neca then sold the property a little more expensive.
My god, we're talking about a few dollars more . Not 100 $, not 50$. We're talking about 2 $ more for the 7" and one-time 10-15 $ more for a large Predator.
What is most important to you than Predator ?

The fact that one to an existing 18 " Endoskeletton a 12" T-800 Arnold has made already proves that the management is weak.

Those are just fantastic. I would love it if NECA mass produced those prototypes with the same detail. They would look great as statues. But alas, NECA doesn't do much when it comes to statues.

NECA made Predator busts? Do you mean Palisades? They made several very nice Predator and Alien statues and busts.

Neca can make new Busts and Statues.
Neca have the best Sculpt and any Palisades Statues have not a likeness like the Neca Stuff.

Neca make any Busts in the Bust(Pirates of the Carriebbean an 300).
