I think likeness rights were automatically included in the Rocky license, but they definitely were not included in the Predator license.

I first thought it was the log and or rock but neca dismissed that, im now thinking its an open or opening wrist computer as the packaging shots hide that arm... Or maybe a med kit?? Thats all i can think of

NECA said that indeed, via twitter, Weathers was interested but when they contacted him officially they were put in touch with a rep of his who ultimately declined the offer.
