I asked Neca on twitter if there was any chance they'd ever expand this line in to real boxing greats, their reply was slim chance.

I'd love to have the Rocky figs lined up to Ali, Tyson, Lewis, etc etc

They're not worth those prices anyway, they're outdated imo. I hope Enterbay Is planning to make not just one, but a few Rocky figures.

Eh, I think they're pretty cool. I have a 4 of them and I like them a lot.

I ordered the post fight pair earlier in the day yesterday through Amazon, before seeing them on FOD

Ah well, only paid about $6 more and thanks to prime, should have them today.

I know Neca is trying to save money these days, but I'd buy doubles of these if it meant they would expand the tooling budget to give us street clothes/training gear versions. I want them most of all.

I think I will collect this line but be selective in my purchases. I don’t need them all or multiple Rocky Balboa figures. That being said I will pass on this series Rocky’s (not a fan of likeness) and focus on purchasing only one Apollo Creed. On the fence on which Apollo to purchase. I guess when I see them in person I will decide. Leaning towards the post fight version but I understand it is one per case.

I wonder if they will do Tommy Gunn or Mason Dixon? I don’t think I would buy them but curious.

Post fight but the Weathers sculpt on pre fight is still good. Same for Stallone pre fight - looks better up close.

I looked everywhere tonight for these figures, but couldn't find them. I'm bummed...

I just saw one of each figure at TRU last night, $14.99 each. Unfortunately I paid $48ppd for the two variants two weeks ago 'cause I was afraid I wasn't going to find them! LOL I was gonna pick up the clean Apollo but I must say I'm not impressed with these at all. Clean Rocky is a big fail and the clean Apollo isn't much different than the bloody version. $50 + $30 = $80 for the four was out of the question. What a bummer- I was really looking forward to this line.

The clean Rocky IS somewhat of a letdown, but there is some saving grace when he's taken out the package. Granted he could gave looked a lot better, but the truth is, he doesn't look all bad. There's some Sly in there. All I'm saying is that he DOES look better out of the package, but I am still bummed like the others on this board.
If they screw up on IV Rocky, Drago, and Clubber then I'm going to war for sure.

The scale of these is what kills the entire line for me, yes the sculpts are great on the BD versions and am sure a lot of the future releases well have great sculpts but in the end the size is just to small.

It would be great if Neca would just release one or two figures in 1/6 per series and the rest could be 6 inch.

I have not seen them in person but from all four in this series I like the post fight Apollo. Regular Apollo looks very stale, even in prototype form. I do not feel the “essence” of Apollo.. The Rocky’s are simple passes for me. I will purchase a Rocky in later releases.
I plan on picking up only one character (and not multiple versions) from this line.

I think you're just asking/expecting something that was never going to happen. NECA makes action figures, action figures are typically 6-8" high. I understand not being a big collector of action figures, but it just seems like these never should've been on your radar from the moment they were announced.

Yeah, but I believe beat up Apollo is one per case. From what I've heard though, he hasn't been too hard to find.

I also am not crazy about the clean versions, but I have plans for them and will pick them up.
