I got my River and Pandorica set today. I have to go against the grain a little bit on this one and say... she might be one of the best figures CO/UT have produced. In person, her hair looks perfectly fine! And the face sculpt, with that patented smirk... it's perfect. There's so much more life to it than the old River. Her articulation is superb and I had a ton of fun posing her for pics. I really think they hit it out of the park on this one. I do think the hair could use some wispy strands here and there, but all in all I think it works... much to my surprise. Also, it must be said that the molded Pandorica walls are amazing. Once put together, I almost hate to crack it open.
But the chair itself is well made. I love all the articulated bits on it. Amy can fit in it... but only just barely as she doesn't really sit well in her skirt.

Also... I adore my Leela figure! She's a one-two punch with River, I think. She has her problems, I suppose... but they are very minor and I think overall she's just a ton of fun. I love all her accessories, the fact the knife goes in her sheath and all the amazing articulation!

Unlike the standard Cyberman set the ones in the Argos set are made from a slightly different colored plastic and the chest designs aren't the Cybus Industries logo which suggests they're Mondasian!
I hope more Classic characters are made in this style.

I am no longer allowed to comment at any length on CO because some people within the fandom tend to have what can technically be described as a spaz attack if I suggest their business practices are anything other than beneficial to us all

After requesting my account to be deleted a few months back I thought I'd try again so I signed back up and made precisely 4 posts, all of which were either on topic or intended as a joke ( I said the Leela figure looked like a generic Sevateem tribe member ).
I tried logging in again a few hours later and I got a message saying I'd been banned permanently
It's no big deal though as GB has a much wider variety of topics to discuss and the mods seem to be much fairer about things.
