It's stylistically right in line with the retro vibe of the Biff Bang Pow figures. Which I love. For the 4th Doctor. I'm not sure I'd get any of the other eras, as the feel of the retro dolls seems more appropriate for the 70's Doctor.

Over on Gallifrey Base there's been a great discussion about whether people would like CO to rerelease the K1 Giant Robot that was only released as a Build a Figure as a standalone figure. What do folks here think? The concensus on GB is that it would be a good idea. It's one of the rarest Dr Who figures and personally I'd like another chance to get it, this time without having to buy a Sixth Doctor figure!

I think it's an interesting idea. I would like new classic figs paired with the K1 pieces. Then I could just give the new K1 to my kids. :D

I think a new one with tighter joints (and maybe a chromed finish) would be cool.

For anyone in the USA looking for a Junk Tardis for under $30 shipped, Underground Toys is having a 33% off sale on eBay right now. I bought one on Sunday and got it yesterday.

I stupidly didn't get the 10th Doctor TARDIS playset when it was originally out and now I'm having a hell of a time finding a complete one for a reasonable price. Once I have it, I will have a complete collection of the CO TARDIS releases which will make me very happy. Long live the TARDIS!

:hi5:

The 3 Docs version is the one I want. News of the 5 inch range has been such a thirsty thing lately. I hope these are announced soon.

Facebook! I can't remember off the top of my head where exactly and I can't get there at my work computer at the moment.

Just in case people haven't seen them...

If the Jo figure is from Claws of Axos, that beret Brig would go very nicely in a 2-pack. Uniformed Brig and the fur coat Jo for a 3 Doctors.

Probably passing on that one. I like the column and the shrunken figure (that looks like a Logopolitan... not sure who in Castrovalva it is?) but I don't want another 5th figure. Nothing against Davison, I just have so many already.

Yeah an Ainley Master/Tremas would probably have been a better choice with his Tardis like the Delgado one.

Still no announcement for,

Yeti from "The Web of Fear"
Master & Bok from "The Daemons"
The Brigadier version 1 & 2
Jo Grant from "The Three Doctors" & "The Claws of Axos"
:impatient:

I have seen an unpainted prototype of the "3 Doctors" Jo in person as Katy Manning had it with her at a convention I attended recently and it looks really good.

It'll be intrested to see how the final piece looks fully painted and if it'll be a single release or packed with something like a Gel Guard or one of the AWOL Brigadiers.

Crossing my fingers that something interesting is revealed at SDCC. Otherwise this will be the first SDCC since 2006 I haven't wanted (or ordered) anything.

I asked UT about more reveals or sold items that are at SDCC first ala Leela last year, and they were being fairly coy. It could mean anything, but I hope it means we'll see Jo or someone there.
