But lady luck was on my side as I was sent the exclusive Sideshow version with the head phones.

Does Urban Collector have teh Sideshow Exclusive version, or did you just luck out? I sold my Sideshow Exclusive Dutch a few months ago to make room for other figures, and I kind of regret it...

No dude, it was just pure luck. The exclusive wasn't even listed. I think they have more on there so maybe you will get lucky too?!

I said earlier that it's pitty he didn't coem with a head that was him smoking the cigar.
So you can imagine my stupidly giddy and quite shameful clap hands of delight when I discovered he can hold his cigar in his mouth!! :D

I may be in minority, but so far dissapointed inthis figure. Just opened him, and frustrated with the limited movement due to the muscle body. Hard to get the arms to stick. Anyone swith out the muscle body?

It's an impressive looking figure, but as far as posability and fun factor, I find it pretty weak with the limites of the muscle body he's on.

Well if you're planning to keep him fully clothed (which is a great look even if its not the iconic film poster look) then I highly recommend transferring him to a normal Truetype, perhaps beefed up in places with some blue-tack. Then you'll have as much poseability as you need. I put mine on a standard TT (wide shoulders) and it looks fine.

I didn't like while I was trying to position his gun, his muscle arm popped out. I thought I broke him within 5 minutes of getting him out of the box, but luckily the plastic/rubber body muscle skin seam is separated between torso and arm, so no harm. I am thinking about transferring him, but I don't really look forward to that sort of thing and have done it only once or twice.

I like him with his jacket on but would like to try the movie pose.

Has anybody managed to pose him like the movie poster yet?
I had a quick look through this thread but it's quite long.

If you mean something like this? Then yes.

Looking at that figure, I dont' believe the neck mod has been performed. If you do the neck mod, the figure can look much better.

Yup. This is mine with the neck mod.

The one posted above might be modded, from some angles you see mostly neck and little of his shoulders and it can look odd too. Even with the mod, it still seems a bit off but certainly better than without the mod.

Easy mod to do too, just got to pop the little rubber plug inside Dutch's head that wraps the ball joint out of the head and you can get more of the neck up into his head after.

The neck never bothered me in person as much as it does in photos. I never even bothered to do it and I display him just like the photos above. I might bother one day but for now I'll leave him.

Same here, didn't touch his neck, looks fine to me in person.

mmm... that doesn't look to bad.
Thanks for sharing the photo.

My only beef is that his neck looks too long in that outfit.
They needed to make his trapezius (sp) muscles bigger.

(I am really getting to like it around here!) :)

Oh, it's modded allright. I was in the first few who pulled the plug off completely, while others were trying just to trim it.
The neck might look a little weird in my photos because the head is turned...

The thing is that the mod looks this good only from a straight angle. When you turn the head to the side like I did, the solid neck doesen't follow, which makes it look strange + my photos are a little bad :monkey4
I think it looks great in person though...

+ the "giraffe neck" effect seems to be an issue with almost every one of the HT rubber body figures.

Part of it is also that the vest hides the shoulders and basically all you see is neck, your photos even without the vest would look less elongated.

Oh well, at least the Terminator will be on a body with the improved neck design like Wolverine.
