Probably not, I don't think he looks that bad with his neck to be honest.

I'll tell you what I did, bought a cheap Hot Toys head off Ebay and removed the plug, customed it, removed the plug from Dutch's head (I did nothing to it,but remove it. Needle nose pliers work well.) and traded them. When you want to put him back to his original condition just pull the custom plug out and put the original back in.

Haha I'm way too chicken to do that, knowing how clumsy I am, I would snap Dutch in half
