New iPhone (Ver 3.0) Specs & Release Date?

I wish next Friday was tomorrow!!!! I want my first iPhone!!!!

I just checked my iPhone data usage for last month: 573.59MB

And this is before I start doing Twitter/Facebook updates for an online site. No way I can get rid of my Unlimited Data plan.

No, they aren't.

The cheapest plan it's still like $70 for Unlimted Data, 450 minutes a month and 200 texts. That's what I've had for the last few years with Verizon and only go over my texts every once in awhile

I think when I switch over to AT&T and get my iPhone, I'll probably up my texts to 500, but that's it.

No. Some on here were talking about cheaper plans with 500 MB data limits. I wouldn't be able to get by with that.

Yes.

Or you can DL it from most torrent sites right now. I know plenty of people that have had it fro about a week and it works just fine.

Don't think I'll be able to get mine on Friday as I can't pay for it until Friday. Looks like I'll have to wait for a week or so.

No 3.0 for me until the new version of yellowsn0w gets released this Friday. Still, that's pretty damn speedy for a free unlock to come out, so I'm not complaining.

The iPhone servers are getting slammed. I updated mine but my wife has been holding at "servers temporarily unavailable" for 20 minutes.

Apparently a lot of people are getting the "iPhone servers not available at this time, try again later". For some its put their phone stuck in emergency mode until they can get the connection apparently. A lot of websites posting upset comments.

Safari is supposed to be more fluid, but I haven't noticed any improvement in speed.

The camera opens up a lot faster, though.

Good news for 3G owers!!

If you have a 3G, you can upgrade to the 3GS on Friday for $199 for the 16GB or $299 for the 32GB if are eligible for an upgrade date in July, August or September. So nice of AT&T.

If your date is after that, then you have to wait.
