I don't know if those odds are quite right, but there's no denying that factory paint apps are often Sideshow's weak point...many a good sculpt have been mucked up with them.
Having said that, they've managed some pretty awesome ones with the Troopers....so Fett could be a good one.

I'm sure SS will be awesome but like all their armored figures, look fat. Boba is pretty thin and I don think SS will do him justice in that area. Besides this thread is about Medi boba not SS version.

How do they look "fat?!" The base body they're using is so thin to prevent that, that it isn't even realistically proportioned.

Why is it orange? I don't think anybody's addressed that here. If SSC had done the same thing, you guys would be having aneurysms and spewing hate with every post.
Why you asking me? I dunno, it's off. But it's not hwy cone orange, and looks just a tad orange to me. Not a dealbreaker. Nobody's really addressed it cause it aint that big a deal apparently to most.
I only am concerned about sloppy paint not off colors. That's why you don't see me upset like some that Yoda is too green.

I got rid of my ESB one for this better one. Bored some old pics. (I'm not getting Jango this time around, but i must say i like the new purplish outfit he has on this newer version.)

I can't even think of one, I'm sure there's one or two from a LONG time ago. I think i dogged Snow Padme some years ago when i had no interest. But was never consistently in the thread.

And if i dog something it deserves it IMO and i wanted the figure but wasn't able to cause it wasn't up to par for me and i was disappointed. See me in the Rex thread? The Boil thread? Gammy thread? ETC. Nope you have not. And the difference is you're a medi hater, i'm not a SS hater. No sir, i do not dog stuff i have no interest in. (Especially CONSTANTLY like the 2 or 3 medi haters around here) I don't hang around a thread constantly bringing out flaws in a figure i have absolutely no interest in on a consistent basis....While i'm waiting for a "superior version".

When SS ____s up, I've no problem calling foul. Same with HT, who I believe are the undisputed champions (despite the Indy turd) of 1:6. If Medi steps up their game with a better proportioned, more durable body, and gets realistic with their pricing
