Well seeing as I'm all in for the new line I hope it's in. Although they have also done work on at least Gimli, Arwen, Legolas and Boromir and that feels like a full year of releases right there so my guess is PF line.

The design doesn't look as action-oriented or dynamic as some of the other design sketches we've seen for the maquettes, but it certainly is a prologue elf, right? No way to know if this will be a maquette or a PF, but it is nice to see this much requested character get a representation!

When I first saw this I was thinking [perhaps "hoping" is a better word] it was Prologue Elf, but I'm just not 100% sure. SS does have their "Live by the Sword" PF line so it could also be a Roman or Spartan soldier I suppose.
SS does have a 12 Days of Christmas LOTR feature coming very shortly and I believe there will be some maquette news for us. Perhaps we will find out then?

Wow, I was just sitting here contemplating canceling the first two exclusives. Just to save money for the year and the new Alien maquette. But, wow, that's not going to happen now...

Still nervous about the "legs" of this line, but at least we can see Gimli there as well, and a completed Arwen as well!

I was alot more nervous before I saw these. If SS can't make a go of this line then kiss the LOTR licence goodbye.
I am so torn as to whether to get into this line. I have all of the PF Fellowship that have come out so far and getting Gollum. I just can't decide whether to even try to spend the $$ on this one. I love sculpts yet I love 1/4 scale. What to do, what to do?

Nice! Liking the Gimli shadow in the background too. We also know there is some work done with Boromir (at least sketches) so that's 5 of the 9. Hopefully the line doesn't stall out before we get some hobbits and Lurtz.

The Gimli shadow is for the 1:6 scale maquette line, but Sideshow has said we would "eventually" see a Gimli PF. These all look really nice together, and thanks Infecdead for blowing up that picture a little. These look really nice, but I hope to see more of Arwen, as the portrait looks a little off. No chicken little, but it is hard to tell from this size of a picture.

Looks good, would have got all of they were 1/4 scale. Lucky for my wallet they aren't!
Pity the Legolas PF didn't have the same pose as this one...They look beautiful but if they aren't 1/4 scale I will pass.
