They did it with their Metal Gear RAH figures, and several Kubricks. 1/96 blind boxed Disney chases were re-released for international distribution in cheap 2-packs:

They capitalize on the rareness of their figures, but then capitalize on built up demand by re-releasing them. My advice is not to buy Medicom if you care about rareness.

Well to be fair I am buying this because I love it and it has been a huge want. I have always resisted the temptation of the Jun Planning version but this I couldn't.

However I have paid alot of money along with many others so it will just be a low blow for us if in 6 months this is widely available again

Yeah, I get that. Just fair warning though. This is worse than Hot Toys behavior IMO because HT at least releases improved versions of figure. Medicom does straight up re-releases. Only difference might be a date stamp.

Yes I agree to improve something is atleast better than just merely re-releasing something. Is this improvable though?

No, believe it or not this is my third time buying it. The other two canceled the transaction and refunded me. I haven't heard from this guy. I certainly won't be haggling with him,if there is any ____, he will be reported!
