i just want to know who has made the perfect myers yet in my eyes no one has. this is pretty damn close here but a-lot of the sculpts i've seen lately have been pretty damn impressive, i guess you need to chose what one you like.

You're a seasoned member and I do respect your opinion, especially on horror.
If open to feedback and i'm sure most here are, the face just doesn't scream Shatner. Overall the quality, paint apps and shape look awesome but the small things are missing. Squished lips and widened face kind of ruin it from being the best ever made. Just my 2 cents. I'm very happy for everyone getting this.

Nick Castle stretched the mask out by not being able to fit his long face in the mask properly. His chin rested in the neck area below the chin of the mask, pulling the mouth down and making it "pucker". It all depends on who was wearing the mask making it look different scene to scene. Sometimes the lips are squished and sometimes not. Tommy Wallace's faces widened the mask while Nick's elongated it.
Bottom line is it's a hard sculpt to nail and everyone has their own opinion on what the mask is suppose to look like.

Now, when I know my opinion will not be taken so lightly, I don't post. That's why you didn't see me post anything in any other Myers thread on here. I think you came in here expecting to cause a ____storm though.

Just speaking for myself, I never thought Myers mask looks anything like Shatner. I think Tommy Wallace did a good enough job making the mask different enough from that Kirk Halloween mask which was a bad likeness to begin with.
Exactly what I was thinking. Between Nick, Tommy, Moran, Debra and others who had worn the mask, it changes the look of the mask substantially. Only way to make a 100% Myers is to pick a scene and have it sculpted based off that scene. Just look at the pick with Nick holding the mask next to him and a scene he is wearing it.
Neither is Caine's.

Thats why the comparison pictures were made. Ecko hit pmed a few times on the tube asking who made the sculpt. Once I told him it wasnt One, he figures it must be Beto. So up comes the comparison pic.
I don't know whats your beef with Beto but it seems to me like you have a chip on your shoulder. You bashed him in Caines thread and in your video. And no offense to Caine. Im not posting this to bash him. He made a decent sculpt and people liked it. I respect that.
But your comparison of his and Betos is false man. A blind man could see it.

Nothing really outta context. The proof of your actions still stands. And Betos sculpt that your posting still looks better to me man. But hey its like, only my opinion man.

I have nothing against Beto 's work , its great . The only thing in which i have stated 100 times was the fact that No matter What He Puts Out Has a $500 Plus Price Tag on it . And that is what my problem is , thats it thats all .
I have already stated in this thread that this sculpt is great , i did not sheeeet on This sculpt , i asked who made it , and yes i asked you if One made it .
Like others have stated also is that if its Betos or Ones , thats the only artists that you will buy from and like . Rainman too.

Didn't you not too long ago attempt to make a Myers knife run and stop out of how long it took? You think Beto has boxes full of pre-made Myers sculpts, clothes, shoes, knives, and hands laying around? No. HOURS, DAYS, WEEKS, maybe months go into projects before it is ever posted on a forum. And before the actual work is hours of research.
For someone who claims to be Mr EcKo tHe CuStOmIzEr you should know how price works.
Darth, you and Dark Passenger pretty much summed it up. Even in this thread his first posts made it sound that he really liked this and was asking all about it.
Now that it seemed once he figured out it was Beto's, It's not "spot on".
I have One's Myers, I have Caine's Myers and I've seen Beto's multiple versions of this Myers for the past year when I asked him to make this at first for a friend. Though they all are not 100% to the movie, Beto's right now is very close, not to mention the quality of the sculpt will be top knotch.
