If I remember correctly they made some changes to the 1:5 Elder. Initially it had no mandible tooth piercing and the wrong sword. They ended up adding the piercing and a more movie accurate sword and kept as the artist designed sword too.

So... there is hope!

Now we've seen what they did with the Wolf LSB (63% / $260 price increase from $390 to $650) - we should all bend over and brace.

I dunno - maybe $1500 (+$300 = 25% hike) to $1800? (+$600 = 50% hike)

Still, I suppose the "free" shipping will help - especially for us International types

OK guys - not good news regarding the thigh armour I'm afraid.

Posting here as requested.

There were a number of concerns raised on the thread for the recently announced Predator 1/4 maquette.

We know the routine by now so can offer educated guesses about what will happen on most of these

The one that has pretty much everyone worried, and that could be easily fixed before production, is the position of the armour on his right thigh.

It is way too far forward and should be moved backwards to be in a similar position to the one on his left leg.

• Was it accidentally glued on in the wrong position or was it intentionally put where it is?
  
• If it was intentional - can this please be corrected before production?

I inquired about this with the team in charge of the project and the thigh armor is in the intended spot they are meant to be at this point to look best with the cut and sew elements/stance of the piece and will not be changing.

Well apparently there's nothing wrong with the proportions of the figure. The thigh armor appears to be a problem however, and it also appears to be in fact missing the spine trophy. If they can't produce a satisfactory piece I'm probably just going to have to pass on this save my money and not lose any sleep over it knowing full well I wouldn't want to over pay for something I'm not totally satisfied with and just settle for because SS decided to make another P1 maquette and charge an arm and a leg for it.
