Really? I guess it should come as no surprise that no error would be actually be admitted, especially with what passes as QC now. I couldn't wait for this to go up for PO but for what this will cost - no ****ing way. This is just frustrating since there's time to correct it.

Probably wait for in hand pics for this one too. If it's priced high it may last to shipping and beyond depending on the edition size.

Pulling a Collectorcol catch a awesome discount on this one probably. Unless the ES is very low, then I will flex early.

What's so different between the "cut and sew elements" of the right and left leg and why has it been achievable on other pieces but not possible with this one.:dunno

Wow.. The people most likely to buy your products express dissatisfaction in something that never should have left the design table and the response is.. Yeah we did that on purpose, deal with it. Smh

Please God let Prime 1 announce a P1 Predator before this goes up for pre-order!

The placement of the armor has nothing to do with cut and sew and everything to do with an error and a ****** attitude towards correcting it.

Damn what a shame it's such a nice piece though. Hopefully someone from SS reads this forum and will hear loyal customers concerns. I know hoping for a miracle. SS you came this far with this statue go for a final tweak and make it epic...

:huh Dude - you're not understanding - I asked SIDESHOW via their representative on the other forum - she approached the team responsible at SIDESHOW - and I've posted their response.

They WANT it that way because they think it looks BEST that way :gah:

I'm dumbstruck.

It'd be sweet if I worked at Fox so I could tell them to fix it. See how the cut and sew excuse flies then lol
I'd get the spine trophy and stoopid helmet ding fixed aswell.

So there will be no tweaks. Great. Is this the age that not only we need to inspect what we bought to see whether if it's infected, but we need to mod it too?

In fact, it's OK if I bought this from Toy R US though...

Let's see how many will still jump on this with a special "early preorder invitation"...

...and "FREE" shipping.

Only two things are definite death and taxes yeah and your way to often fruitless posts. May repair it or not is their decision entirely. But if you get community unhappy enough that is a boomerang effect and no one wants that. Bottom line that maquette is a niche due to its size and massive upcoming price tag. So do not mess with few actual customers that will end up buying it. If you haven't heard I will enlighten you that unhappy customers forced Samsung to put back expandable memory option into it's S7 flagship. And we both agree there's a slight size and decision difference ( a load of $$$ ) in that call. But they've learned that you do not want a customer leaving your shop disappointed...

Spike, thanks for contacting them about this in the first place to point it out and get some kind of explanation. As weak as that explanation may be. But is SS Alex really the only source people have to contact Sideshow about concerns or complaints on issues like these? Seems really unlikely they can't simply move a single plate on the leg a few degrees over to the left at this point, unless they're already well into production. In this business I have no idea how the schedules work between public reveals and where they're actually at behind the scenes. At least it's been put on their radar by the fans. Really lame if they do absolutely nothing about it. It's true, much bigger companies have made much bigger changes to their products costing them much more money in order to make their customers happy.

I'm voting this for nonsensical post of the year :lol
