And while he's burning in Hell for all eternity, i'll take weekly visits down there to pry his finger nails off one by one, and repeatedly slam a baseball bat into his thick, idiotic head.
Maybe thats going too far, but I don't think so.
IMO if anyone is going to intentionally steal anything from someone else, this, and more, needs to happen to them. Especially when you go through months of mowing lawns to get the ____ing cash in the first place.

Well, I turned 16 early this month.. So no. I don't have a job, ha.

This was my first time buying something from someone that wasn't through eBay, or SS, etc.. Before I bought it, I read (well, I must have mis-read..) that I would have 60 days after I sent the payment, to get a full refund.
Oh, btw. I ordered a fully painted one from him for $700 +$45 shipping.
He had me send the $380 before he started (said it would take two weeks to complete...), and the remaining $365 after it was finished.
This whole time i'm thinking I have 60 days.. .
I didn't get it untill the Super Bowl because he kept delaying it because of things like... "The painting has a bit delay due to the weather is too cold here"..etc. So I get it on February 6th, the Super Bowl. It was like the 14th-16th (one of those days) of February when it would have been 60 days since the first payment.

Anyway, there were hundreds of problems with it.. The paint was all crappy compared to the pics, especially the metallic ring/tube-like areas. They were painted sloppily, with some whiteish color.
Foot was broken from the leg, other foot was broken from the stand, none of the pieces fit together properly, several small chips in the paint, even one or two small unpainted parts, upper and lower jaw looked very deformed (reminds me of a horse, or the HCG bust..)..
But yeah, it was crap. I can see the leg/feet breaking during shipping, but the rest was already crap.

I ask him for a refund plus whatever it will cost to ship it back to China, and he agrees. I get nothing for a couple of days, so go ahead and open the case just to be safe. It was then that I realized I only had 45 days !
So I couldn't open one for the $380, I got the $365 back though (the case..).

I've been emailing Paypal and seeing if theres anything I can do. And have been emailing him several times and of course, no response.
I am not cancelling my damn Pred LSB. I'll sell my whole collection and buy plane tickets to fly down their and get my damn money back if he isn't going to cooperate. I'd then have nothing.. But i'd rather kick his ass and get my cash back than have any of my collectibles.

Doesn't sound like a scam, or what I think of when I read "scam." When I hear scam I think of taking money and running away with no product. He is just very bad with returns, refunds and exchanges.

That sounds pretty bad. I'm surprised, as I'd only heard good things about this guy, or maybe I'm mixing things up... is this the same poseidonyoung from the Hive forums? The guy who turns Locusta's CGI into statues?
At any rate, it sucks that the final product ended up being crap.

I was surprised too, hadn't heard of anyone having issues with him. He showed off his Alien statues on Statueforum too, I think.

I'll take some pics of it whenever I can get ahold of my moms camera, probably next week.

First, you order a set of Painted Alien from me, I also spent about 3~4 weeks to complete painting and send to you, you have received, right?? Even you complain here for the delay, but I also tried to explain to you why the delay and ask your understanding. If you can’t wait, you can tell me and I will stop to make your order.
But when you receive, you told me that having many problems with my works (also some broken pieces during shipping), you can’t accept it; Then I answer you, I am willing to make changes or fix broken pieces, wish you will be satisfied with my works.

And you reply to me directly, you can’t accept such a "personal" work, because you always bought products with mass production from factory (such as sideshow), the quality of my “personal” works has a great gap with them. Then you just ask me to refund all to you and also ask me to pay the return cost.
I really think it’s a serious mistake to sell my product to someone like you. Because you are neither understand nor respect for of significance of the personal works.
I am not saying bad quality of my product, but it can’t compare with the product in mass production, especially in terms of smoothness.

After that, I was busy with new works, and didn’t reply you in time. Then you just file a claim to paypal directly. I also just agree to refund $380 directly, because I know you won’t listen to me even I would like to explain more.

In fact, I feel frustrated and disappointed with your behavior and attitude. I will refund you rest $380 and return cost. But I don’t want you to send it back to me.

If some bros here have interesting to get and fix this BROKEN PAINTED KIT, PLEASE, JUST ASK THIS GUY SEND IT TO YOU.

Look at this from my point of view. I bought the painted statue I saw in the pics Sabres linked up here. What I GOT was nothing compared to what I thought I was getting. It was just..bleh. Lets not forget the $745 I paid for this also. I spent months saving this money up, waited months to get what I ordered with it, finally do, and it's crap. I tell you all the problems with it, you agree to give me a full refund. I went ahead and opened the case just to be safe. Couldn't open it for the $380, could for the $365 though. Okay, no, don't act like the victim here. You originally said it would take two weeks to make. Then theres this "I can't paint because it's cold" thing. I'm not some painter/sculpter, but that seemed pretty strange. And I didn't throw a fit or anything, I emailed you back saying I understood (or something similar to that).
After I emailed you all of the problems with it, you told me a bunch of things like "Sorry you're not pleased with my work" etc. Then at the end of the email you say "I can make it better" (the statue). I'm thinking...what? You purposely painted it with a huge drop in quality compared to the pictures of what I thought I was getting? What the hell?

Dude, it wasn't that I was mad because it wasn't like something from SS, I was mad because IT WASN'T ANYWHERE NEAR THE QUALITY OF THE ONE IN THE PICTURES. WHICH IS THE ONE I ORDERED! The quality of your "personal works" has a huge gap from what you ADVERTISE!

Do you not sleep, eat, shower, anything? You can't take some time to check your emails? If you're going to sell high-end (well, not really...) collectibles to people you need to pay attention to, and check your emails everyday. I filed the claim because if I didn't in a few days, and hadn't goten my cash back I'd just have to rely on you to give me it back. It's a little hard to trust someone who sent me a pile of dogcrap, instead of the $700 statue that I ordered.

I curse, and punch holes in walls/doors when someone has basically ripped me off because that actual person is not in front of me to take the place of those doors/walls. What does this whole situation say about your "moral character", huh? You truly are a great man, keep advertising amazing statues, then send a pile of crap instead. Apparently, according to you, thats what a good person does.

Lastly, I would like to say. I'm not a bad person, I get angry. If you are going to pull something like this, you should know what to expect.
