Nope, you can't please everybody, but you can please who you choose to. As Kamandi put it, pandering to your audience is, um, lazy and cliche. I understand that we should be happy with a lazy and cliche attempt to pigeonhole a character into whatever demographic they're pandering to. Who doesn't like to see that done to great characters? It would be lazy and cliche not to, I'm sure.
I'm completely set at ease knowing that the leaked script and this unreproachable costume which is not the costume they'll be using have nothing to do with the final product.

Having read most sites now, I can say that I think most comments are generally the same. Porn Star, stripper, halloween costume, etc etc. Some are actually good critiques, but mostly rude, It's funny that so many are so angry, but lazy and cliche nonetheless.
I have to say, I'm working on the show, and she is indeed in the classic Wonder Woman outfit. I know that they've yet to release any photo of her in the classic outfit, because she IS in it. This was the 1st look, NOT THE BE ALL END ALL LOOK, certainly not the final pic of her.I don't style her, that's not my job, but with only 4 days of filming in the can, it's been great so far.
We should be happy they are making a WONDER WOMAN, for good or bad, sorry if you're not involved in the process. You can't please everybody apparently. I will say that the photoshopped red boots in the previous pic are great, and she does have them in the show. Just not with that outfit.
The studio have their reasons for not wanting to show them now, but be patient. Adrianne is killer in it, the director is great, it's gonna be fun.

I've read that Jori, her makeup artist has been posting on FB and said there are actually 4 different costumes, each for a specific role in the show, is there any truth to that?

I would have figured that the first script would always be changed, though I think some of the Kelly signature stuff would still be in there but I also don't think it's going to be an all action show either. I'm guessing somewhere in the middle.

I'm not looking for all-action (or even predominantly-action), but a Diana I can take seriously wouldn't hurt. It's not easy granting that level of expectation to the man who made Ally McBeal.
I haven't given up 100% on this (only because I haven't seen it for myself), but I can tell you I'm hanging by one damn fine thread.

i understand your bias to the show as they pay you, but this just looks terrible.

How dare you say such things about Erica Durance! She is a lovely person and a good sport to put on the outfit. All that outfit does is hide her two biggest assets - her heart and her mind...
In regards to the current Wonder Woman think she looks great. I am a WW fan and I am a subscriber to her comics. I'm sorry I missed the Terry Dodson run. I love the character and I am not offended by the costume. I think it is a nice representation of the current Jim Lee outfit, just no coat. I can't wait to see her in the classic costume, she was made to play this part.

this would look better......I have a couple of nit picks about the fit of it but this I can handle.

I think Erica looks great as Xena, I mean WW, its a nice look and a good costume but I don't think it would work in the TV show, I don't think the show is going for the amazon warrior vibe but more of the Amazon ambassador vibe.
If they made a TV show using the WW from say Kingdom Come or New Frontier, I'd say this would be a good start.

I keep hearing that Adrianne has bad implants and Erica Durance has implants as well, is there any actual proof?
I've seen Erica in House of the Dead and she didn't look quite as big as she seems now, but they do wonders with bras and tape these days.

Why is that ironic, have you seen her naked? How do you know they are horrible? There is no bias, just because they pay me doesn't mean anything. I've worked on Buffy, Angel, Supernatural, The Cape, a lot of genre shows, I didn't watch ANY of them.
I normally don't say things look horrible based of 1 teaser photo.

First impressions are a powerful thing. They blew the "big reveal".
That 'Jim Lee'-ish costume was the wrong thing for the studio to put out there as a first look. This newer costume would have a better choice. This looks like something she would wear in a fight. It also looks like it could be believable on screen.
