Wow...more and more I have to fall back on my faith in the Steelers coaches and personnel managers. Because I am not impressed with the mediocrity they are snatching up and signing.

Not to be confused with the Raiders having $32.9 million worth of dead money in 2013. :ohbfrank:

That's a ****load of dead money but if any team needed to do a major house cleaning it was the raiders. The team has essentially cut ties with all of the al Davis picks over the past 7 years. Its crazy to see all those wasted first round picks get cut or traded but it had to be done. They were damaged goods from a terrible era in raider football. But hey I don't feel bad for the raiders fans since **** happened to the niners (and they finally broke out after a decade and a half of ineptitude. Dallas better watch out, seems Jerry is bringing that franchise down the same path al did the raiders. These old dudes need to give it up already!!

probably feels worst for raider fans since they are the only team in the bay area that sucks (spanning all sports). **** giants, A's, 49ers, sharks all made the playoff last year and it seems the Warriors will as well. That leaves the raiders in some lonely company as the embarrassment/ after thought of east bay/Nor California sports teams

Ouch. Dolphins lose Jake Long to the Rams.

Not a big loss...maybe not a loss at all. They were fine without him last year. They had more than enough money to bring him back so that tells you a lot. I have nothing against Jake Long and hope he does well but I don't know if he'll get back to where he was a couple years ago.
