Case Keenum is worse and would have cost nearly as much.Kirk Cousins:
Will turn your 2-14 team in to an 8-8 team.
Will turn your 13-3 team in to an 8-8 team.
The later just costs you $30 million per season.

I just mean that the Chiefs, like the Saints and Rams, would struggle if their QB and receivers can't get into a rhythm. But of course, Mahomes is more versatile than Brees or Goff. So I think they could handle themselves better than the others.Unless the Saints fold up and the Bears can get to the 2 seed, that won't happen. *If* the Saints and Rams both lost in the 1st round, then you'd see another team in (example) Chicago possibly.
The Chiefs aren't exactly a "warm weather" team. This weekend's Chargers vs Chiefs game should be awesome.
(Homer hat on) The Saints I actually think could win cold weather, mud ball. The defense has improved all year. They are giving up 12 ppg over the last 5 games. And the Saints have a running game. They are the most versatile team in the league, IMO. They can play the Rams style, and they can play the Cowboys style.
Saints........Offensively, it comes down to what's happening "in the trenches." If the O-line gets pushed around, they'll be lucky to win.
I am not sure why this game tonight is so big. The Chargers still need help if they win, they can win and nothing will change as far as playoff for both teams.
nightmares about the AFC title game in a 25K seat soccer stadium.
If the Chargers win it’s not that big a stretch they could get #1. Win out and hope the Chiefs lose @Seattle. I’m sure the NFL would then have nightmares about the AFC title game in a 25K seat soccer stadium.

And they still wouldn't sell it out.
Hope this game is worth the hype..MNF was a bore fest
I agree they should have stayed. That being said winning cures all woes in L.A. The years the Clippers were good suddenly they had lots more fans. The Rams and Chargers will be fine as long as they win. They stop winning and it will be a problem.I recommend the book Big Game that came out a few months ago. Lots of behind the scenes stuff with the owners. When it came to the Chargers in LA one owner called the Spanos family being the guest who got an invitation even though nobody wanted them at the party. Maybe by the time people call them LA, they can be back in SD where they belong.
