what would be great is if Tebow gets an offseason where the coaches really work with him and his passing game improves then the broncos offense will be really difficult to stop since they will essentially have three ways to attack defenses: Tebow passing it, Tebow running it, or RB running it. and the defense will only get better as long as Fox and Elway draft quality players

You mean like he tried to improve his passing in the past. I know he tired at least once if not twice at FL and at least the year he was drafted.

Sorry if it walks like a duck , talks like a duck, its duck and a good chance it was thrown by Tebow.:lol

McNabb sucks, dont know what the big deal is with him being released. He should retire. Hope Chicago dosen't sign him. He's garbage QB.

I remember guys constantly making a point to say that McNabb wasn't benched for bad play, but because the Vikes wanted to look toward the future. . .and I wondered if any of those guys actually saw him playing recently. I guess he's got lots of "analyst" friends. I agree with you, he's just horrible now. Can't throw for ____. But he was the man for many years IMO.

Wow, for a team that should have beat Green Bay in the play offs last season, if not for 3 missed FGs by Akers, this season has been beyond a disappointment. I'm not an Eagles fan, but I still like to see the other PA team doing well (as long as they're not playing the Steelers), and I feel let down as a fan of football. I mean, they went out and did what a division rival was criticized for years for doing, in trying to pay big bucks for big free agent names and buy a championship, amongst other things. I never understood some of the past seasons where Eagles fans wanted Reid fired because I always thought he was a good coach, but I'd have to say I'm with them this season. That team went from so many big possibilities to an almost re-build phase in less than 1 season.

Congrats to Seattle. If they can snag a franchise QB in the draft then they have a lot of potential to be that team they were in '05 again. But Tavaris Jackson? Not happening with him. Potential for him to be a reliable back-up, but he's shown time-and-time-again that you can't build a team around him that will succeed.

I never wanted Reid fired, and loved number 10.

I really really wish both of these two would either leave or do some major back flips and pull their heads out of their asses.

Desean Jackson-village idiot. They should have traded his retarded ass when he dropped that td before crossing the goal line...or at least the second time he did it. :lol

Sad part is he also did the same thing is HS and College.

This is off topic, but I hope the NFL bans the stupid celebration of throwing the ball as hard as you can at the wall.

He will never get paid what he wants. It will be interesting to see who takes him.

His worst comment by far this year was last night. It was his very first comment:

"I think we did alright."

NO YOU DIDN'T ____ HEAD! You didn't even do well. You all played like ____.

:lecture :lecture :lecture

I was so close to buying a Jackson Jersey last month, hooray for being broke! :yess:

Yep, D Jackson pretty much killed any chance he had of another team paying him big $$$$$$ in free agency, and also destroyed his chances of the Eagles paying to retain him after this season. He'll be lucky if a scrub team signs him to a 1 year, $1 million contract next season. No denying he's got major talent, he just unfortunately has the major attitude to go with it.

He just better be careful he doesn't shoot himself in the leg or anything stupid like that.

I dunno. In the NFL, talent seems to trump issues more times than not. Teams were still willing to pay Haynesworth a gaudy amount of money for the longest time, despite his myriad problems. TO was "Team Obliterater" :lol but still got paid big bucks for many years.

True, true, but Haynesworth looked like he was worth a good contract for his play (not near what he got paid, though) and TO brought in a lot of baggage but did produce big, whereas Jackson is showing that when push comes to shove he's not capable/unwilling to produce. But there are teams that want a quick turn around instead of rebuilding, and will probably take the chance. At any rate, it'll be interesting to see what next season brings D Jackson.
