"Josh McDaniels likely to Patriots"

https://espn.go.com/boston/nfl/stor...h-mcdaniels-offensive-coordinator-source-says

Grenouille, how do you feel about that?

I'm okay with McDaniels, he left on good terms unlike say a Mangini. TEs haven't figured in that largely in his offenses, but it should be interesting next year to see what he does with 2 quality TEs next year.

Now if Bill would just hire a DC. Maybe that Romeo guy if KC doesn't hire him.:)

I guess he left on good terms. Doesn't seem like it matters who the offensive coordinator in New England is. Because of that, it kind of baffles me that anyone would want to take those guys as head coaches.

Yeah, it seems like it's just an assembly line from the offensive side of the ball. The juggernaut keeps on rolling.

It's amazing how bad that defense is considering Belichick came up on the defensive side of the ball.

Great hire for the Chiefs. It seemed like they really wanted to play hard for RAC down the stretch especially having to endure the _______ that Todd Haley seemed to be.

We will see if its a great hire. The players did seem to play hard for him but that could have just been a result of how bad Haley is. He's got talent to work with something he didn't have with the Browns.

I don't know if it's really an issue of schemes or just not having the personnel to execute. I lean toward the latter. I like the front 7, but that secondary is just an abomination.

Sterling Moore? Ross Ventrone? Antwaun Molden? Sergio Brown? Devin McCourty? (2011 Version):ohbfrank:

I can think of something worse.

Try Benny Sapp, Cedric Griffin, Mistral Raymond and Jamarca Sanford. (Vikings) :monkey4

I love the momentum of the Texans now, but I gotta tell you, they were lucky that Peyton was out this season, Texans are a great potential playoff team, but it's obvious if Manning was playing the Colts would've taken the Texans out of the running this year, as with every year with the Colts making it to the playoffs since the Manning/Dungy era.

Now with that , I feel this might be the only chance the texans might have for a playoff run, depending if Manning comes back to the Colts next season.

It's a shame they have to do it with a third string QB and no Andre Johnson.

The odds are definitely against them. :slap

:slap

Yep, that 3 game losing streak is great momentum. :lol

What do you expect with a third string QB and no Andre Johnson, there's only so much that Foster can do.

Like I said they were lucky, because of Manning's situation, if they don't advance, and Peyton comes back next season, well...

1. A long drought to the playoffs once more
2. Gary K. is fired monday morning

:(

The same might be said with the Bengals, if they don't beat the texans, old Marvin might be in trouble monday morning as well. Nothing's safe for those two despite their playoff hopes. :slap

God I hate that NBC is doing the playoffs! :gah: With Tom Hammond and Mike Mayock doing commentating, I feel like I'm watching the NFL network covering the Olympics! :slap

Why couldn't CBS do the Texans game too, with Gus Johnson!
