I've had problems with the NL too. For the life of me, I'll never understand why they decided to change it. It's more difficult to see the old stuff even in the archive section. You'd think the last thing a company wants to do is irritate their customer base.

And here's something that should worry SSC. I've missed 3 newsletters and I didn't even bother to go back and check it out. Out of sight, out of mind.

Translation: Potential lost sales.
